Core-Spun support socks look and feel like comfortable, everyday socks, but have the added benefit of medically correct graduated compression. The ultra stretchy yarns make the sock easy to put on, and the added thickness makes the sock extremely comfortable for all-day wear.
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting polyester fibers around an inner core of Lycra, creating one yarn. The black and navy socks use X-Static Silver polyester, and the white and khaki CoolMax polyester. Silver is naturally antimicrobial, anti-static, and anti-odor. CoolMax does an amazing job of wicking moisture away from your skin. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. White and Khaki: 65% polyester, 25% nylon, 10% Lycra. Black and Navy: 64% polyester, 25% nylon, 10% Lycra and 3% X-Static. Made in USA.
No more aching legs!, January 15, 2018 By Anonymous (Marion, IA)(Verified)
Therafirm Core-Spun socks are my first pair of support stockings and after wearing then one day, I would recommend them to anyone who spends long hours on their feet. My legs felt great. I will definitely buy more.
Very Nice support socks, January 6, 2018 By Anonymous (Clearwater, FL)(Verified)
They stay up, give good support and fit properly. I've tried lots of styles and these are the ones I prefer. I wish they came in a nude sort of color...
Best compression experience, January 4, 2018 By Douglas Rasmussen (Jordan, MN)(Verified)
I've tried several different types of compression socks. Most have only been worn once. This product has exceeded my expectations.

Compression Socks, October 14, 2017 By Anonymous (Knoxville, TN)
I thought with the wide band and having measured and ordered the right size that they would roll down at the knee and be a tourniquet, but they did. I've only worn them once and won't wear them again. I did like the material though.
compression socks, October 6, 2017 By Anonymous (Vacaville, CA)
I have thin calves (15 in) and big feet (sz 11). I ordered medium. They could be a bit tighter at the ankles and calves, but will probably be adequate. I bought these because they were the only ones I found that took into account calf size in the sizing chart. They are quite expensive. I am going to try purchasing other brands to see if I can get a bit better fit.
Nice Socks, May 12, 2017 By Anonymous (Thornton, CO)(Verified)
I purchased these socks for my husband who has poor speculation and varicose veins in both legs. His job requires him to be on his feet most of the day and loves these socks! He has tried other compression socks and he likes these the best.
Corespun Compression Hose, April 23, 2017 By Anonymous(Verified)
Excellent product, easy to don. Suggest adding foot length to sizing chart as shoe size does cover sizing criteria adequately; I had to exchange for next larger size to get acceptable fit.
therafirm corespun 15-20, April 15, 2017 By Anonymous (Dover, NH)
I love these socks, no more swelling, I work on my feet 12 hours a day and feel great. I couldn't be more pleased with this product.
Compression socks, April 2, 2017 By Anonymous (Ashland, KY)(Verified)
Ordered these for my boyfriend back in October and they are still in good shape. This was the only website I could find ones to fit his legs. Shipping was very quick with no problems. Thanks I'll be ordering again!

Super Comfortable, January 19, 2017 By Anonymous (Windsor, CO)(Verified)
Most comfortable compression stocking I've worn in 20 years. At first I thought they weren't working, but when I took them off at the end of the day, I found that the compression worked great!
GOOD SUMMER AND WINTER, January 12, 2017 By Anonymous (Edmonds, WA)
I have used this brand for almost 5 years now and the surprising thing is the ones I recently ordered seem to be even better than before. They feel softer and are very comfortable and well made. Even wearing them in the summer is quite comfortable not too warm. I will continue to purchase these socks as long as they are available!
heavy and warm, December 29, 2016 By Anonymous (melrose park, IL)(Verified)
These seem designed for a male's foot very large foot and ankle. Very warm.
Very nice but tight at top, December 13, 2016 By BrightLife Fan (frederick, MD)(Verified)
Size Large. One sock is slightly longer than the other and pulls up right under/on the knee. The other does not. I ordered from BrightLife to relieve my struggle with tight, tourniquet socks that cut off teh circulation of my legs. This pair of 15-20mmHG do still slightly have a snug at the top under the knee and leave a snug ring impression at the top and ridge lines down the leg. I ordered acc to specs but are not working for me. Perhaps the compression is too much for my legs/knees. They are still better than store-bought knee-highs and I will keep them for shorter day wear. However, the 10-15mmHG are awesome for me and will write a review.

Great product at great prices!, October 28, 2016 By Debbie Smith (San Dimas, CA)(Verified)
I have worn these stockings for a number of years, but Brightlife has the best price anywhere. And the shipping was super fast. Thank you so much!
Thermafirm Support Socks, October 15, 2016 By Anonymous (Clermont, FL)
These socks are much better than the first ones I received. They are more sturdy and wear much better.
Comfortable and affordable, July 30, 2016 By Anonymous
Socks are very comfortable to wear. They pull on very easily and stay up with out bunching or cutting. The only thing I would have like different is to have had the compression go right up to the toe seam instead of stopping an inch below the toes.
Great fit, support with comfort, July 16, 2016 By Anonymous (Port Townsend, WA)
After years wearing uncomfortable socks that had been professionally fitted, a friend told me about the BrightLife website. I browsed the site and found Therafirm, a brand promising easy on and off with comfortable support. I compared sizing and ordered my first pairs. It was exciting to finally get navy socks, my preferred color, and found the advertised comfortable fit was true. I slowly got rid of the expensive uncomfortable brand and am now a comfortable Therafirm Corespun user. I can see the effectiveness of the socks because my lymphedema is under control.
At last, a decent fit!, July 16, 2016 By Anonymous (Port Townsend, WA)
The brand of support hose I've worn for over 10 years always hurt by the end of the day. It was the brand the fitter recommended and I never varied until I read an online ad for Therafirm Core-Spun Support Socks. I compared the size charts and ordered my first pairs. I couldn't believe the difference. I can wear my Therafirm socks all way without any discomfort. They are easy on and off and yet I can feel the needed support.
core spun compression stockings, July 6, 2016 By Anonymous (FALLS CHURCH, VA)
THEY SEEM TO BE JUST LIKE THE STOCKINGS I BOUGHT FROM YOU IN THE PAST.......NOTHING DIFFERENT....GOOD QUALITY..... STILL TIME CONSUMING TO PUT ON.......BUT NOT AS BAD AS OTHERS I BOUGHT FROM YOU.....IT IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT COMES IN EXTRA EXTRA LARGE.....THINK IMPROVEMENTS ARE POSSIBLE BY ELIMINATING TOURNIQUET BUNCHING AT INSTEP CAUSING NUMBNESS IN FOOT AND TOES.......
