Back Orders

We never want to have to tell a customer an item is on back order. That's why we have a huge inventory of almost 100,000 pairs of stockings. Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours. Most orders ship the same day. Occasionally, because of unanticipated high demand, a particular size or color maybe out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the back ordered item(s) within 24 hours. Backordered items typically ship within 3-5 business days or less. On the rare occasion, our manufacturers may have backorders due to production issues which could cause an unforeseen delay. We strive to keep our customers as up-to-date on their orders as possible.

One exception to this is special order items - often Juzo brand products. These are items that are made-to-order, which means that they are not kept in stock at all. When you place an order for this type of item, we will place the order with Juzo (or another manufacturer) and they will begin making it for you. This type of product can take 1-2 weeks to ship. All of these items are marked in the product description as made-to-order.

Canceling or Changing an Order

We will do our best to catch the order before it ships, but our new warehouse system moves very quickly. If someone in the warehouse has already started packing the order, we are unable to stop it.

Order is Lost

Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery of our packages after we hand them to the carriers. Please give us a call if your order has been marked as delivered, but has not reached you.

Products don't fit

Don't fear! We don't want you to be stuck with a product that doesn't fit. Read our return policy and then start your return so we can get you the right size or a refund.
