Medi comfort Knee Highs 20-30mmHg, September 12, 2018 By Anonymous (Orlando, FL)(Verified)
The fit is perfect. They are cool on the legs. I plan to reorder in the future. I love them.
I like these, August 6, 2018 By Anonymous (NM)(Verified)
OK, so there is no such thing as a five star support stocking, they are a hassle no matter how well made. That said, I find these much more comfortable for all-day wearing than others I've tried. They look much nicer too. I like the wheat color since, for me, they visually almost aren't there. The black is good when I need to blend with dark pants. These are a repeat buy for me. Oh yes, open toe means happier feet!
Just what I needed, July 11, 2018 By Anonymous (Wallkill, NY)(Verified)
I called Medi directly because I needed to replace my old compression stockings and I couldn’t get them at the same place anymore. I wanted the real Medi stockings and they told me about you guys. You are great. I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Thanks once again!
Disappointment !, June 19, 2018 By Audrey (AUSTIN, TX)(Verified)
I own 2 pairs of closed toe Mediven Comfort...I love them....the fabric, the fit, the lightweight feel. I required a pair of open toe, so ordered the same style. So far I have had to return 2 pairs due to the hem at the top. It does not stretch as far as the stocking itself, leaving an indent in my leg. The toe opening is perfect...you cannot feel the difference between hem and stocking. The top hem is awful. I had the first pair replaced thinking it was a one time error but the second pair was the same. So that was returned also. Brightlife staff has been extremely helpful with my multiple returns. I hope Mediven will correct the problem.
Top band stitching is a little snug, November 28, 2017 By Anonymous (MARTINEZ, CA)(Verified)
Aside from the band issue mentioned in the title (and discussed below) I love these. The band by the toes lays flat all day; the ankles don't bunch up and dig in like some other brands I've tried; overall, a very comfortable compression stocking.
Regarding the top band:
I previously purchased the Medi Comfort 20-30 size 4, petite, wide calf, closed toe. I was extremely happy with the fit and comfort, with the exception that my toes felt smooshed. So I bought these with the exact same parameters except the toes were open instead of closed. I'd not been expecting any issues, so I bought 2 pair. On both pair, the top band wound up digging into my calf by the end of one day of wear. The stitching on the band would not expand to the width that the fabric would've been able to stretch on its own. I nearly returned the first pair as defective, but then had the same problem with the second pair so now I'm guessing it's just how they're made.
I won't be buying this combo/size again, but I still have a lot of faith in Medi and will continue testing out their other styles.
EXCELLENT Product, August 16, 2017 By Anonymous (Vancouver, WA)(Verified)
For over 10 years I've worn compression socks and am a wheelchair user. I've tried many different products over that time. Mediven is my favorite manufacturer and Comfort is my favorite style except when it's over 90 degrees.
This style is the most breathable and comfortable style of all. The fabric is strong, they wear well and launder easily. I put dirty socks in a mesh bag and toss it in with towels or clothing when it's time to run a load of laundry. I don't put the socks in the dryer though.
I think the Medi Comfort style is the best value and longest wearing stocking of all the styles I've tried. They aren't even close to worn out after two years of using half a dozen pairs for two years.
Mediven 20-30 knee-high stockings, May 30, 2017 By Anonymous (Newburgh, IN)(Verified)
Great product. But they now have an uncomfortable tag sewn into the inside of the band. Why not go back to printing the info on the inside of the stocking. Never good to make a great product worse.
Medi Comfort Knee Highs, open toe, 20-30 mmHg, May 17, 2017 By Anonymous (Glendale, OR)(Verified)
I REALLY like the open toe style. There is no seam at the end of my feet to cut into them. I am diabetic, so my feet are very sensitive. I think Medi is making the band at the top a little tighter than they used to years ago. It does hurt, and I have to adjust it 2 or 3 times during the day. Medi Comfort IS more comfortable than the brands I've tried. They also keep my legs from swelling so much. They also keep my legs from hurting.

These fit pretty well, and stay up just fine. I do have to turn the top over once. I like the black color doesn't look so 'medical'.
Perfect!, January 12, 2017 By Anonymous (Kyle, TX)(Verified)
I had a pair of support compression knee highs from another co & they were so tight I was afraid I would have to cut them off! The option of a style for a larger calf as well as the ebony color & quality have made me an appreciative & loyal Customer. Thank you!
Great product, December 19, 2016 By Anonymous
I have tried many different stockings over the years and Mediven is the best! I was a little disappointed in the " natural" color, it is a little dark. Will order a different color next time.
Great Product, October 28, 2015 By Anonymous (Schertz, TX)
I have ordered a number of different compression hose from Brightlife. I keep coming back to the Mediven as they do not slide down after walking around, they don't pinch or bind behind the knee as others do.
Comparable to Sigvaris, August 13, 2015 By Anonymous (Wesley Chapel, FL)
Comparable to the closed toe Sigvaris compression socks I have. These are toeless. No complaints as far as quality. After wearing them all day in flip flops, the compression does start to make my foot feel uncomfortable. With time, the sock starts to slip towards the center of your foot, rather than staying snug up to your toes. I have narrow feet, so maybe that is why I feel it. Otherwise, no complaints with comfort. I like the sock.
They do the job, June 11, 2015 By Robin (Lynchburg, VA)
I have tried a variety of open toe and these stay in place at the toes and at the knee. These are the only ones I will buy anymore.
Medi Comfort Knee Highs 20 - 30 mmHg, April 16, 2015 By Anonymous (Toronto ,Ontario,Canada)
The knee highs are sturdy, strong, easy to handle ,and comfortable enough. Since the colour is called 'natural' I expected it to be a bit lighter (I am extremely fair). It is of minor importance, if you wear mostly long trousers.
Great Hose, November 20, 2014 By Anonymous (Schertz, TX)
Hose were just what I was told by doctor to wear.
Medi Comfort Knee Highs, October 27, 2013 By Anonymous (Sammamish, WA)
I am satisfied with the fit and look of the compression stockings I recently purchased.
mediven comfort knee highs, October 13, 2013 By julie sweeney (stuart, FL)
mediven comfort stockings are very effective at keeping decongested legs decongested. The natural color is nice for someone with a bit of a tan as they are a little darker than the beige juzo soft stocking.
