EASE Opaque Open Toe Thigh High 20-30 mm Hg, September 3, 2016 By Anonymous (Poulsbo, WA)
I'm a first time user for this heavier compression type of stocking. They are easier to put on than I'd anticipated. The beige color makes them less noticeable. I am surprised with how well the top band stays up. I only have a minor problem with the fit on the foot as it keeps riding up. However, I have a long, slim foot, so that may be expected.
Ease Opaque Open toe Thigh hi, July 11, 2015 By Anonymous (ithaca, NY)
I was very bummed when my doctor prescribed a compression stocking for my leg, no less a thigh hi especially in the summer. This was prescribed because of a DVT I had 10 years ago during pregnancy as a result of Factor V Leiden. I decided on this stocking with the help of an amazingly knowledgeable customer representative. Given the fact that I HAVE to wear one and I HAD to purchase it (not covered by insurance) I am very happy with this brand and type. I have no experience with other brands and types, but I can comment that the material is soft, comfortable, breathable and durable. It is summer and I am wearing it under black Capri light weight pants during most of every day in public. The only comments I've gotten are from people wondering if I've hurt my ankle and am wearing a brace. It's not been a terribly hot summer so I have gotten away with this so far. I also noticed comments about expensive stockings getting runs and tears in them easily and being difficult to put on. This is not the case with mine. I have two and hand washed the first and wore the second recently. The first dried within 24 hours and looks great (mild detergent, cool water, not a lot of wringing). I am very pleased!
