The Circaid Juxtafit Upper Leg compression garment offers an economical alternative for those with moderate to severe upper leg lymphedema from the knee to the groin. The garment includes adjustable inelastic bands that make it easy to apply, remove, and adjust the compression level while wearing it. Each juxtafit upper leg system includes a user-friendly built in pressures system (BPS) guide card with multiple compression range settings for quickly and accurately verifying the application of prescribed compression levels anywhere from 20-30 mmHg to 50+ mmHg. Full leg coverage is possible when coupled with a juxtfit essentials lower leg system.

Help me so much with my swelling.

"I order a large. I have lipedema and lymphedema and I am pretty active. I swell a lot when I work and workout. I order one side at first to see how it would do. To my surprise it worked. "Wow, what an awesome product. Been managing lymphedema for 5 years now - these are the best product we have come across - period. Initial sizing requires measuring, but is not overly difficult if a marker is used on the leg to mark locations. The garments themselves are easily installed, well made, and highly effective. The beauty of them is the ease of installation and the ability to adjust the compression of the garment when applied, and as the garment is worn, allowing the maintenance of a specific measurable amount of compression. Used properly, and aggressively, we have been able to see sizable reduction in areas that have moderate fibrosis. These are miles beyond compressive bandaging. I cant say enough good about them. They might be a bit difficult to self administer solo, but what isnt, when it comes to compression garments. I put them on for my wife. All three pieces can be easily installed in less than 2 minutes. These garments have been a Godsend for us."
