"i ordered the product without enough research into what was getting, it really wasnt what i needed, i opted for the free shipping and product arrived in the designated time. the product was damaged in transit through the USPS and packaging was destroyed at no fault to Bright Life. i sent them pictures and they immediately credited me back, not sure i ever got a refund as quick in my life. They are and upstanding company and back their product 100%, if not satisfied they resolved it with a full refund as per my request. i would most certainly recommend and use this company again if i needed a medical supply they offer, the sale price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the product was unusable because of shipping organization, at no fault to Bright Life and could not be returned, that had no affect on the quick resolve by Bright Life, again a most upstanding company they are."

"Foam is difficult to find in the 1/4" thickness so this was good to find. The only caveat is that I would liked it to be wider than the 18". It was necessary to buy several to get the width I needed."
