This pair of thigh highs features a silicone beaded top band for a more secure fit throughout the day and 30-40 mmHg medical graduated compression.

"I where my Medicean Plus Thigh Highs everyday. I’m on my legs a lot and wouldn’t be able to do my job without them. I use to come home everyday and have to put my legs up and be in a lot of pain. They are excellent. They might not be fun to put on, but you get used to it, and after awhile learn to do it quickly! I can was them I the machine, but I let them hang dry…LOVE THEM!!"
