The panty hose are quite

"The panty hose are quite effective and much appreciated for this reason. But this is the second pair that I have had to repair a gap where stitching at the fold over for elastic at the waist was necessary. And this before even worn on the first pair, and after a few wearings on the second pair. I do not appreciate this poor construction, especially on such an expensive garment."
