Cheap, tiny and flimsy.

"Painfully small. Irritating silicone band inside at the top. Unable to return because of petroleum jelly stain on material. I paid almost $100 for this "medical" sleeve and am unable to wear it. Save your money and time by going to your nearest sporting goods store. Find an athletic sleeve that fits and compresses properly for under $20."
