"I wanted to try this knee high for hot weather, which actually hasn't fully arrived yet. I think it's a nice stocking that would be useful if I needed to wear dressy attire and wanted to avoid the less-attractive, stronger/thicker compression stockings. It is not as comfortable after a long days' wear as the opaque styles - my conclusion is that the sheer nature of the product just doesn't give as much compression around the ankle area where I need it. It's nicely made and comfortable. I will only use it during very hot weather or for dressy occasions, though."

For leg length of 15 3/4”, should I order regular or petite?
Hello, You will need a regular.
Do these knee-highs have silicone band? If not, do they stay up well with several washings or no?
Hello, No they do not but the wide band allows them to stay in place throughout the day.
I wear a size 7 medium shoe what size of these compression knee highs should i order ??
A size 7 would be a medium but your most important numbers are the ankle and calf. You need to get the stockings over your ankle and calf.
