I use the footwrap with a Dayspring leg pump and the 30-40 hhmg compression in the footwrap works in perfect tandem with the pump to reduce swelling in the foot and ankke area below the pump. "Was very stiff and caused pain on shins and top of foot at crease to leg. After washing it softened up and much more comfortable now. Need two sets so you can change off to wash, but at the price, cannot afford it. It is inconvenient, but will have to wrap when laundering."
