Allegro Surgical Weight Compression Stockings for men and women are an affordable knee high available with a closed or open toe. Made from surgical weight fabric that is woven with a patented "float stitch" to create a precision gradient support stocking. Superlative compression hosiery does not have to be expensive -- the Allegro brand provides quality comfort and support identical to the famous brands that cost two to three times more.

This stocking provides 30-40mmHg of gradient compression and should be worn under a doctor's supervision. This level helps relieve severe varicosities, severe edema (swelling), and chronic venous insufficiency. It helps during healing after surgical and sclerotherapy procedures and helps prevent venous ulcerations. This level also helps relieve superficial thrombophlebitis. Made from 75% nylon and 25% spandex in USA. Available in Regular Calf only.

"The first pair I ordered was the XL which were much too small. Called customer service and they were very helpful and shipped the XXL pair out right away for exchange. The new pair seems to fit better but the top cuff does not stay in place. It bunches up and requires re adjustment all day. The support is fine but the collar behavior makes these a no go for me."
