"Wow. Works great with knee high compression stockings. I studied the instructions for a bit because it’s such an odd looking item. Folding back up for next use took a minute but after I’ve done it a few times it’s very easy. I think I’m much more compliant using my compression socks because it’s not a struggle to get them on any more."

Does the job well

"It works - I wear 30-40's and they slide on beautifully over this. It does catch the toes a little when I'm pulling it out, but now that i'm ready for it it's not a big deal. Use it with knee highs and thigh highs - the trick of pulling it partway out (so it's higher on the leg), then continuing to pull up the thigh highs, works well."

Arion Magnide for Closed Toe Stockings

"I bought this because it is very difficult for me to remove compression stockings and socks. I took it with me to an appointment with a lymphedema occupational therapist. We watched the YouTube videos on using it to put on a compression garment. It worked exactly as advertised when we did it while watching the video. The next video showed how this same device helped to remove the garment using an orange velcro strap that was wrapped around the it. The video made it seem as it if would have been included in the package. I had not received an orange velcro strap and after calling Brightlife, they said it is not included with the product they sell. Addy, the customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and checked other websites selling this product and none of them included the orange velcro strap. He suggested that a velcro strap I could find elsewhere would work. My review is to let you know that I found the device very helpful for putting on compression garments. However, if you are like me and have difficulty taking the garments off by yourself, also buy a velcro strap elsewhere when you place your order."

Not what I hoped

"I don’t like writing less than stellar reviews for a company that has changed my life helping me to achieve the perfect fit! I thought this would help and after using it I can see where it would be helpful but I have large feet and it was too much material for me. The videos that Sigvaris posts for easy donning were most helpful and what I went back to! I will say this item is well made and worth a try if donning is difficult for you."

Personally, the pull-tab of this

"Personally, the pull-tab of this product was the big problem. Somehow, most of the time when I put the Magnide Easy-Slide on, the "pull-tab" material would somehow wrap around one of my toes and it caused excruciating pain! I had to immediately take the stockings off, which was not easy to do when you have arthritis in your hands. I solved the problem by removing, with scissors, that entire middle section (the material which made up the pull-tide). Now there's no problem at all. It now acts like a sock before you put the closed-toe stockings on. When I get to the heel on my foot, I just pull the Magnide Easy-Slide off. Dilemma solved!"

How do you determine the size to order of Magnide Easy Slide for Closed Toe Stockings? I am supposed to wear 15-20mmHg size compression stockings, and the sock aid needs to fit correctly. Also if it is not the right size are there exchanges allowed? Also, I cannot find the video showing how to put the socks on with this sock aid. is there any difference between the magnide closed to and the Blue sigvaris magninide closed toe stocking donners both are same price: Please look at the videos under extra information. The magnide closed toe helps with getting the stocking up the calf. The sigvaris slippie is for open toe and helps get it over the heel. Thank you
