    "I had already tried the Sigvaris Midtown over the thigh stockings and wanted to see if the Access line might do as well for less money. I'm pleased that the Sigvaris quality is still there. These stockings are just slightly thicker, but not any hotter than the Midtowns. They are nicely stitched. The top elastic band is the dotted style and not smooth like the Midtowns. For $15 - $20 less, these stockings are a great value. I do notice that the sizes in the Access seem to run just a tiny bit bigger (in length) than the Midtowns. But go with the same size you are used to and you'll be fine."
