    Unisex Pantyhose

"I am a man with a 34 waist and 36 inseam with deep venous insufficiency causing one leg to swell from the waist down. I filled out a form offered by BrightLifeDirect and BLD recommended six Pantyhose stockings including this one. This Sigvaris stocking was perfect. (Size, Medium-Long) It is labeled a women's stocking, but it works for tall men as well. The legs and the hip portion provide excellent compression uniformly, and it doesn't ride down either. I recommend this product enthusiastically to men and women alike. This hosiery can easily be sold as Unisex instead of just Women's hosiery."

Like how they look but will not buy again

"I am a large and there is just a little too much hose to pull it all up and smooth. This brand curls and when it curls, it squeezes too tight. When pulling them down to use the restroom, they roll and the rolling is very painful because of how tight they squeeze. When not rolling, they are comfortable and look nice. They really help control the swelling."

    Sigvris 30/40 pantyhose

"Sigvaris was so costly as my first pair that I purchased Allegro exclusively thereafter. I like both, but the Sigvaris has a smooth soft elastic leg and shows no transition between the leg and panty, whereas the Allegro has a rougher weave that can mark the skin and has a marked drop off in pressure as it moves from leg to panty. The result is a muffin top bulge that shows even under jeans. Ive decided I can have some of each, and wear them differently. Both wear like iron-the Sigvaris now shows elastic threads and pills, and the Allegro has some short runs, but I still wear them on long days and benefit from plenty of snappiness. Wash them in the washer and hang to dry, and after 4/5 years, I cant kill either pair."
