RETURNS - Within 30 DAYS
Within 30 days of receipt, you may return eligible items for a refund back to the original form of payment.
Items that have been tried on, must be washed and dried prior to return. You MUST return the product boxes/packaging with your return.
RETURNS - Up to 90 DAYS
We accept returns up to 90 days from the original date of purchase - with the following restrictions.
Unopened items, sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 31-90 days for a store credit only. The store credit is valid for five years. Store credit is in the form of an online gift card. Store credit purchases made with Bright Life gift cards can only be refunded back to the gift card used for the purchase.

Online Refund Options and Methods include
- Store Credit in the form of an online gift card valid for one year. You will receive a postage paid return label via email at no cost to you.
- Original Payment Method with a prepaid shipping label will refund the return amount back to the form of payment used for the purchase minus $6.95 for the postage paid label you receive via email.
- Original Payment Method customer to return products will refund the full return amount back to the form of payment used for the purchase. You mail the return items to us at your expense and preference.
Request a Return Authorization Number HERE. This will take you to our return portal, where you will enter your order number and email address to get a return authorization automatically.
You can also request a return number by phone or email.
Returns received without a return request number will take months to process and may be returned to the sender.

Write the return number on the outside of your package. This will expedite your refund!

Your return must be mailed within two (2) weeks of receiving the return authorization. Again, returns received without the return number will take longer to process.

WRONG ITEM OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED
If we shipped you the wrong item, or if the product is damaged or defective please contact customer service within 30 days so we can correct the problem at our expense OR visit our return portal HERE to simply return the item for a refund - and go back online to reorder. Snags, runs, and holes can develop in any type of hosiery, and are not considered defects. You must retain the manufacturer's original packaging. We cannot accept items without the original packaging.
