These hybrid garments provide excellent compression and containment. Designed for men and women with a dotted silicone top band to keep your knee highs or thigh highs in place. The Sigvaris Secure collection comes in three compression levels: 20-30, 30-40 and 40-50 mmHg compression.

These garments are made latex free and are available with an open or closed toe style. They are even safe to machine wash and dry! These durable stockings are made from an opaque fabric that helps to conceal blemishes. Features double-covered yarns to ensure no bare spandex touches the skin. The Secure stockings come in regular and full sizes. The thigh highs fit up to a 40 inch thigh.

The Secure garments are similar to the Natural Rubber (503) Series. These stockings are ideal for patients with more serious indications or who need long-term compression therapy, such as lymphedema, lipodema, deep vein thrombosis, orthostatic hypotension or other venous diseases.
