Juzo Soft pantyhose deliver 20-30 mmHg of graduated compression from the ankle to the waist. 20-30 mmHg is the range most commonly prescribed, and it is the usual step up from over the counter support hosiery.

Soft is the Juzo series to reach for when the stocking has to go on every morning without a fight. Juzo knits it to be extremely soft and elastic, with a reinforced heel and a soft toe box at the two points that take the most wear. The knit is opaque and, in Juzo's words, virtually inconspicuous, so it reads as everyday hosiery rather than as a medical garment. Pantyhose spread the holding pressure across a waistband instead of concentrating it in a single band on the thigh, which is the usual reason to choose them over a thigh high. The series runs from 15-20 through 30-40 mmHg in knee high, thigh high and pantyhose, with an open and a closed toe at every level.

Key features

  • Soft, elastic knit - Juzo builds the Soft series to be extremely soft and elastic
  • Opaque finish - covers the leg and wears like ordinary hosiery
  • Soft toe box - eases pressure across the toes
  • Reinforced heel - built up where wear concentrates
  • Elastic panty - a softer, non compressive panty over a compressive leg
  • Machine wash and dry - no hand washing and no line drying
  • Unisex sizing - sizes I through V in regular and short lengths

Best Ever!

"Looks good and feels good"

"The legs fit and feel great. The panty is very large is comparison."

Easy to launder

"The Zuzo compression pantyhose fabric is superb for laundering. Use the Juzo gloves to assist in applying and removing product. I would have liked a tall size being available because the garment creeps downward, which is both annoying and embarressing. Eventually the garment becomes more comfortable and stable lengthwise. Without a doubt this is the best purchase on the market. That's why I am on my sixth pair."

Great pantyhose compression option for plus-size folx

"As a larger woman, finding full compression pantyhose is extremely challenging. In case info on my exact size will help another plus-size person out, I am 5'7" and ~320lbs, and wear a size 24-26 or 3-4x USA women's size on bottom. I ordered the black regular 5/V size. My lymphedema specialist has suggested maternity hose as an option which worked well when I was a smaller person (specifically Sigvaris brand), but they no longer come in a good size for me. Enter these Juzo Soft Pantyhose with adjustable elastic waist. I was on the cusp of being sized out and was a little nervous to order then, but I took the plunge and they actually fit me quite well. They are relatively comfortable as far as full compression hose go, and I was able to get them on pretty easily. I was able to adjust the waist elastic for my comfort, which I very much appreciated. The double-sided button and multi-size adjustable elastic for the waist was relatively easy to navigate. Thus far I have only worn them for a 1/2 day, but I was able to run errands, walk around, drive, and sit and work at my desk and was quite comfortable. The waist did not dig in, which was delightful. I did have a little bit of sliding down, but it was no worse than other options I've tried (this seems to be an ever-present issue with full compression hose). All in all, I would strongly recommend these to pretty much anyone looking for full compression hose, and would encourage my plus-size friends to consider these, even if you're on the edge of the sizing (like me). Do yourself a favor, if you are plus size and trying to find compression garments, and really measure yourself well. I do love these hose, and they will expand my wardrobe options for professional events and I anticipate getting a lot of use out of them!"

I am currently 7 mon…

"I am currently 7 months pregnant and have been wearing Jobst maternity hose. I decided to try the Juzo hose since my Jobst hose had a run in them. These hose are okay but they do not stay up. I am constantly having to pull them up all day which is annoying when I am busy at work. I would not buy these hose and I am going to return mine and buy the Jobst again which did an excellent job for me."

Excellent support ho…

"Excellent support hose with a nice softer fabric. I really like the fact that the panty portion works well with my long torso so I don't have to tug them up all the time."

The stockings are fa…

"The stockings are fantastic - far more supportive than two other pairs I have bought prior both of which fall down and have holes in them already. The Juzo stockings due to availability of three different lengths are actually tall enough for me (I'm 178cm) and seem much more durable than the other pairs I bought (who shall not be named but which also start with a 'J').I was also really impressed at the speed with which the stockings arrived in Australia (within 4 working days) and the regular updates I received about their progress.I'd highly recommend both Juzo and Brightlife Direct!"
