Juzo Soft thigh high stockings deliver 20-30 mmHg of graduated compression from the ankle to the upper thigh. 20-30 mmHg is the range most commonly prescribed, and it is the usual step up from over the counter support hosiery.

Soft is the Juzo series to reach for when the stocking has to go on every morning without a fight. Juzo knits it to be extremely soft and elastic, with a reinforced heel and a soft toe box at the two points that take the most wear. The knit is opaque and, in Juzo's words, virtually inconspicuous, so it reads as everyday hosiery rather than as a medical garment. The beaded silicone border holds the top band in place without a garter belt. The series runs from 15-20 through 30-40 mmHg in knee high, thigh high and pantyhose, with an open and a closed toe at every level.

Key features

  • Beaded silicone border - holds the top band without a garter belt
  • Machine wash and dry - no hand washing and no line drying
  • Unisex sizing - sizes I through V in regular, short and petite lengths

Perfect for Itchy Shins

"BrighLife was wonderful in helping me find the right hose for me for at least 10 years. First, and impotant, they accept returns! Just try to do that with anyone else. I have a sad collection I could’t use and could not return despite size recommendations. Not BrightLife! They worked with me and I was able to return items that did not work until we found a winner. Juzo soft works for me. The fabric is soft against my shins which maintains compression but doesn’t slip as you would imagine a soft fabric would. I do apply product to my shins before wearing. And I do wash them inside out after every wear. A dunk in the sink with soap designed for compression hose is the formula for success."

My favorites

"Juzo soft are the best! I've tried other thigh highs after being prescribed them for venous insufficiency and keep coming back to the juzos. They are comfortable, they stay in place, and they really last. Love all the colors too- everyone thinks I'm wearing fun tights!"

A Juzo Customer for Years

"I find the Juzo Soft and Juzo Dynamic work well for me as an alternative to high-priced custom garments. I'm just disappointed that Juzo no longer makes its Dynamic line in "Cinnamon" - urge them to resume but call it something else - like "tan" - b/c it is nothing like the deep color of cinnamon! It's a shade or two darker than what Juzo calls "beige" - the latter being really light and too pale for me! You need to take careful measurements to find the right sizing for you."

I can buy the EXACT

"I can buy the EXACT same hose from a different company for 1/3 the amount BrightLife is charging. I compared the two brands & they are exactly alike. So, naturally, I will not be ordering from your company again."

The stockings are nice. Made

"The stockings are nice. Made very well. They feel good to wear. It does, however, roll down from the top of the thigh at times. This is annoying and does not look good; giving me a muffin top thigh appearance."

I received my compression socks

"I received my compression socks size 4. Still very tight and very hard to put on. Don’t know what to do."

Fair Product

"They work well for compression, but they have a relatively short lifespan due to snags and stretching."

Perfect.

"Perfect."

Love 'em

"For me, these are perfect. Sigvaris has a great variety of sizing so they fit perfectly. I have tried sheer(feels like there is no compression) and the cotton(runs very easily) by Sigvaris and these are the best. They do flip over at the top but so far, so great!"

I hate to complain because

"I hate to complain because I depend on Juzo products and I appreciate the excellent customer service from BrightLife. However the "soft"fabric from JUZO won't stay put on me even when glued. The thigh highs creep down from the top and open toe creeps toward my instep. Both are uncomfortable and require frequent adjustment. I actually prefer JUZO basic fabric for a good fit and all day comfort."
