Juzo Soft pantyhose deliver 20-30 mmHg of graduated compression from the ankle to the waist. 20-30 mmHg is the range most commonly prescribed, and it is the usual step up from over the counter support hosiery.
Soft is the Juzo series to reach for when the stocking has to go on every morning without a fight. Juzo knits it to be extremely soft and elastic, with a reinforced heel and a soft toe box at the two points that take the most wear. The knit is opaque and, in Juzo's words, virtually inconspicuous, so it reads as everyday hosiery rather than as a medical garment. Pantyhose spread the holding pressure across a waistband instead of concentrating it in a single band on the thigh, which is the usual reason to choose them over a thigh high. Every length and toe option in the series is built on the same knit, so moving between them changes the coverage and nothing else.
