Thigh high surprise.

"I’ve never had a thigh high that stayed up for more than 10 minutes. The Medi Sheer and soft stayed up for 15+ hours and I never had to even think about pulling them back up. A bit cooler than full pantyhose style but with similar support. I found them so comfortable to the point of forgetting I was wearing them. I am tall and the length was perfect. Has my thumbs up."

I am concerned about getting too hot in the summer weather with compression stockings on. Is there one kind any cooler than the other?
Actually, I usually recommend the Medi Sheer and Soft that you were looking at for summer wear. It breathes really well so you don't overheat in the summer. The fabric wicks moisture away from your skin as well. For thigh highs or pantyhose, I think this line is the best for warm weather. If you're looking at knee highs, I usually recommend something with cotton which is also super breathable! Let us know if you have more questions.
