Sigvaris Advance 20-30mmhg armsleeve with hand portion is woven from microfiber polyamide (nylon) which pulls moisture away from the skin to keep you comfortable year round. It is also very soft. To further protect your skin, the fabric is infused with silver ions which are naturally anti-bacterial.
What really sets this sleeve apart is the Sensinnov top-band. The Sensinnov band is used on Sigvaris premium thigh highs. Instead of dots or strips of silicone, it's one smooth sheet, making it very skin friendly. Perfect for fragile or sensitive underarm skin. Sensinnov will keep your sleeve in place and won't roll.
almost great, June 22, 2018 By vicki (Tucson, AZ)(Verified)
This is the first sleeve to fit me after many tries: having gauntlet allows it to actually fit my small wrists. Am I the only small-boned woman on earth that needs a compression sleeve? Anyway, the reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the top binding of silicon or whatever sticky substance that unsticks before i'm done with rest of sleeve. Because of this issue, it's value drops. This is generally problem with all compression sleeves, except the Allegro: read my review of that one.
good product, January 4, 2018 By Anonymous (Houston, TX)(Verified)
I've been wearing a compression glove and sleeve for about a year. I have lymphedema of unknown cause, and both are necessary. However, I get compression at the wrist which doesn't facilitate draining of fluid from hand. The gauntlet alone isn't sufficient, but if I wear a cotton glove snd use one roll of 4 cm gauze before putting on the one-piece guantlet and sleeve, it's not only more comfortable, but seems effective! This is far more comfortable than wearing a separate sleeve and glove. Compression is good as is the fit. I'm very happy with this combo. The only thing that would make this better is if the was a glove and sleeve combo.
Does not stay in place, January 12, 2017 By Lisa Lingenfelter (Arlington, TX)
The top band does not keep the sleeve in place. When I remove the donning device, the top slides down with it. This does not happen with my sleeves that have the "silicon dots".
Excellent Product, December 23, 2016 By Anonymous (Somers, NY)(Verified)
We had been looking for a sleeve gauntlet combo product for our son who has a venous malformation in hand and arm and this item works great! It feels soft to wear yet has graduated compression at the 20/30 level so he feels the massage effect yet comfortable enough for all day wear with no compromise in circulation. Very happy we found this product!
Very nice, July 2, 2016 By Anonymous (TX)
Love compression. Absolutely love gauntlet to upper arm style. I have a more even compression from Palm of hand all the way up, not the "gap" in compression I normally deal with when two separate pieces for hand and arm.
Disappointed, October 25, 2015 By Anonymous (Dayton, OH)
Good price. Fast delivery. Sleeve has decent compression but top rolls and causes binding which you can't have with this condition. Fabric is light & cooler but collects in the bend of arm & wrist. Really disappointed & would not recommend.
This is the 2nd batch of two sleeves I ordered. I highly prefer the combined sleeve/gauntlet style. My only criticism is that it doesn't last as long as prior sleeves I've owned which unfortunately aren't made anymore. I used to get a good 5 months and the last two Sigvaris models started losing their steam after only 3 months. I love them when they're brand new.
Sigvaris 912 Advance Armsleeve/Gauntlet Combo 20-30mmHg, March 2, 2015 By Anonymous
Finally!!!!! The combo armsleeve gauntlet removes all of the wrist problems you can get trying to make the sleeve and gauntlet/glove work together. I've used a different brand but this one is WAAAAAY better!! The length is perfect, the material is comfortable and substantial and the silicone band at the top actually works. I definitely recommend this product.
Great product for the price, January 18, 2015 By Anonymous
If you want an all-in-one and don't need total compression on your hand, this is a great find.
Almost perfect, January 10, 2015 By Mary McSorley (Collingdale, PA)
I've worn a combo sleeve/gauntlet for years that recently was discontinued. I was recommended to this site and searched for a similar product. This one is better than the one I wore for 7 years, except it's a little short. Another inch or so would be 100% perfect! I've only been wearing this version for a few weeks. I'm hoping it holds up for 5-6 months so I can order again. Very comfortable, more so than my old ones. Thank you to the manufacturers for making such a great garment for those of us who have to deal with lymphedema every day of our lives.
Great product, January 3, 2015 By Mary (Collingdale, PA)
I used to wear a Mediven combo sleeve/gauntlet but it was discontinued. Had a really hard time finding a replacement until I found this. I really like it better than the Mediven models. The sleeve doesn't roll at the top at all, which is wonderful. It comes a little short of my underarm, but I haven't noticed any problem with that. Please keep making this product!
great sleeve for smaller woman, November 9, 2014 By Anonymous (Catalina Foothills, AZ)
I am recommending this as a terrific find in compression sleeves if you are a smaller boned woman. This is the only product I've found that actually fits my wrist like a compression sleeve is supposed to! my only complaint is that the binding material on the top of sleeve looses its stickiness very soon, after a few washings. it still stays up so that's not an issue. and I do like what it's made from, it's just not long-lasting. that's why I only gave sleeve a 4. it has not deterred me from buying 5 of these exact sleeves.
great sleeve for small wrists, July 13, 2014 By Anonymous (tucson, AZ)
For over 10 years I have been searching for a sleeve that would fit me! I am a grown woman with very small wrists, but not so different that it should have been such an issue. Finally I fell upon this brand thru this company: the only brand that actually fits me perfectly! it has to do with the gauntlet making the wrist more aptly compressed. Plus the top of the sleeve holds its place without binding. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is: each sleeve of the 4 I have are a bit different in color tone, an oddity no? if I could rate it a 4.7, I would have. I am truly grateful for this product! I really didn't even know how they were supposed to fit until I got these.
great sleeve for petites!, June 25, 2014 By Anonymous (phoenix, AZ)
in the 10 years I've needed to wear a compression sleeve, the is the first one that fits properly!!! I am not that petite a person but have very small hands and wrist, not bizarrely small, just at the very lowest end of measurement scale for wrists. this one fits perfectly, stays up without binding my upper arm, and is reasonably priced. I am re-ordering in the event the Sigvaris company decides to change how its made. so if you are small-boned and haven't had a good fit, try these.
Great sleeve, April 8, 2014 By Anonymous (Horseshoe Bay, TX)
I am wearing a compression sleeve all day every day to control the lymphedema in my arm. This is a great sleeve, however it is much more comfortable and works best without the silicone band. The same sleeve without the silicone band would rate a 5 in my book.
