The knit construction makes the fabric very stretchable and forgiving which makes this sock easy to don and easy to wear. A silicone beaded grip-top keeps these thigh highs comfortably in place. Double-covered spandex yarns add to their comfort and durability. This is an excellent choice for people with arthritis or limited range of motion. Made from 69% nylon and 31% spandex in USA.

These support stocking are top notch in my opinion and has changed the swelling due to my valve issues in my legs. Very pleased with results.
Great customer service!, November 25, 2016 By Anonymous (Dallas, TX)
I have purchased this item before and was disappointed to realize I selected the wrong product - off by a single serial number. When I called to ask about exchanging it, the customer service agent (Rose) was so helpful! Thank you.
Wonderful Product, February 20, 2016 By Anonymous (Fayetteville, AR)
I am very happy with these stockings. I had the ever sheer but wanted a bit heavier stocking for winter. These are more like tights material, nice and warm. My first pair would not stay up but I called customer service and they immediately sent a replacement pair. The new pair worked perfectly. Great customer service!
Good fit, December 25, 2015 By Eleanor (Portland, OR)
These Sigvaris 862 Comfort are a excellent fit. My legs feel so good when I wear these. It is takes a while to figure out what is best. I might like the fabric Medivein Comfort and Juzo Soft a tad better, but the sizing is just a little too long. I love Brightlife!!!!!
Great product!!, November 15, 2015 By Anonymous (Miami, FL)
Comfy product, February 3, 2015 By Anonymous (Kansas City, MO)
I think these hose are very comfortable, but I have found they wear out faster than comparable products...otherwise they are worthy of 5 stars.
sigvaris comfort thigh high 20-30, December 19, 2014 By Anonymous (star, ID)
I thought they were too sheer and not as stretchy enough. I like a little thicker sock. My favorite all-time stockings were the mediven elegance line. This line was discontinued and replaced with mediven comfort. They have a good fit and are stretchy and comfortable but the finish pills and snags easily. Still looking for the perfect socks.
Can't get any better!, June 12, 2014 By Anonymous (Bryan, TX)
I have been dealing with edema, so bad, for a year now. I have tried everything. I would get so swollen, I had elephant legs and could not bend my legs! This stocking is so combfortable, no bunching, or pintching, or itching, and they stay put. Once on you forget you are even wearing them. I was so happy I had found something that finally helped so much and I wasn't allergic too. I have in 3 mo's lost 29 pds! I have legs that look like legs, and they wash beautifuly, are easy to care of. I could not believe the difference that wearing them made for me. I also would like to say thank you to BrightLife for all there help! I have tried 4 major companies, and they are the only ones who want you to try them on, and can return for a full refund if not satisfied! Not the others. I had to go to my CC and stop payment on one to get re-imbursement, it was a real hassel and they were very rude. Brightlife, is just that! a very Bright day in my life with there product and attitude! Love them, a coustomer for life. These stockings made me feel good about myself again. For real. They helped that much. I did not go on any special diet or anything else. Just wore the theigh highs and dropped the edema, and am still dropping. More than the dr.s ever did for me! I'd tell everyone to try them, if you have really bad edema, and nothing seems to work for you. You'll see for yourself!
Very comfortable, January 23, 2014 By Eleanor (Portland, OR)
I just started wearing compression stockings (20-30) a few months ago. Had surgery and radiation and DO NOT want to have a Lymphodema issue! I am trying out a number of different stockings. These are very comfortable especially behind the knees. I will wear these under pants. I like the look of Medi Comforts better, black looks like opaque tights, but the Medi Comforts are a little less comfortable behind the knees as are the Sigvaris Cotton in black. Both OK with skirts. Just got Medi Soft and Sheer in natural to wear with skirts. They look great, but I have not worn them yet.
Fantastic, January 9, 2014 By Anonymous
I bought these because I was having severe lower leg swelling in my later months of pregnancy. I have two pairs of another brand in a maternity style (goes up to waist, with extra material for my belly) and those were so difficult to get on, even though they were rated for a lower mmHg than these thigh-highs.
These were much easier to put on (didn't have to struggle with pulling them over my hips and belly) and once I pulled the silicone-dotted band to my thigh, they stayed put all day. ALL DAY.
This level of compression helped my legs look and feel a lot better and the "sexiness" of the thigh-high made this pregnant woman feel just a little better about myself when I felt my worst.
Transitioning to the…, November 21, 2012 By Anonymous (Kirkland, WA)
Transitioning to the new size system was easy. I appreciate the comfort and fit of these stockings. I wear them with Spanx panties which smooth the look with tighter skirts.
It was nice to final…, February 14, 2012 By Anonymous (Orem, UT)
It was nice to finally find a pair of support host that fits my short legs. I like the dots instead of a band to hold them up. It is so much more comfortable. Now if only I didn't have such big feet. They squeeze my toes.
The hose are great..…, November 10, 2009 By Anonymous (Dallas, TX)
The hose are great...you can wear them for a full day without any burning from the latex dots at least for me. This is my second pair and I find them more durable than other brands. My legs feel great having the help with circulation.
