Compression improves circulation and increases blood flow, which increases oxygen delivery to muscle tissue. Oxygenated muscles perform better. Increased circulation also helps remove waste like lactic acid, which means less soreness during your recovery.
Sigvaris Performance series provide true graduated compression of 20-30mmHg. The enhanced sizing system ensures a proper fit, so you get the stated compression. Latex-free high-tech fibers provide odor and thermal control, so the sleeve stays incredibly dry. Sleeves can be worn swimming, and resist deterioration in salt, chlorine, and fresh water. An extra-wide comfort top band keeps sleeve in place even on your hardest runs.

Great sleeve!, July 1, 2017 By Anonymous (Chicora, PA)(Verified)
These are stylish & perfect for summer compression! I'm only 53 and have venus insufficiency. Compression stockings are hot and difficult to wear in the summer. Most people don't enjoy wearing compression stockings but these make it much more bearable & also make it look like I'm wearing them for athletic reasons not medical. I just wish they came in a suntan color so they would be more inconspicuous under slacks.
Long drive, June 2, 2017 By Perthena (Shawnee, OK)
I got these to wear during an extended 24 hour drive. They're tough to get on but legs felt great and minimized swelling. Quality product. Delivery very prompt.
Perfect, May 17, 2017 By Anonymous (Winchester, OR)
These compression calf sleeves are perfect and as advertised. Used them for recovery after my first ever half marathon and had no swelling below ankle. Fit well and felt great.
Quality Product, December 14, 2016 By Anonymous (BRADENTON, FL)
I own three pairs of these in different colors. They have retained their shape and color. I've been very happy with the quality of the product.
Love these for my right calf., July 23, 2016 By Anonymous (Scottsdale, AZ)
These calf sleeves are of excellent quality, and I would definitely order them again. My only concern is that they fit properly on one leg, but are too large for the other. My calf measurements differ by approximately half-inch.
Compression Half Sleeve, June 23, 2016 By Jim Paton (Auburndale, FL)
The improvement I have experienced with Sigvaris Calf Sleeves has been great. I have much better leg strength over the course of a day and the swollen feet and ankles at the end of the day are significantly minimized. They are comfortable, supportive and easy to clean, They dry overnight, ready for the next day's wear.
Having worn a variety of brands and styles of compression hose over the last 10 years, I can heartily recommend these calf sleeves as the most comfortable, invisible style I've ever worn! They feel thinner & more lightweight but just as strong and durable as both the footless and full foot styles of both Sigvaris and other brands that I've tried. My only suggestion would be that you measure carefully, and if your ankle measurement falls into the overlapping area between two sizes, go with the larger one. That's what I did, and it's still plenty tight, but isn't squeezing my foot below the ankle so that it swells.

Sigvaris 412 Sleeve, December 25, 2015 By Anonymous (Hixson, TN)
I purchased this product because I need the compression but wanted something not covering my foot. The compression works well. It is tight at the ankle and can make your feet swell. I have to wear a sock with cuff that to minimize the swelling.
One of the few compression sleeves that's medical grade, November 14, 2015 By Anonymous (Berwyn, PA)
For better or worse, compression garments have invaded the athletic world which resulted in the proliferation of all sorts of compression garments. As someone with chronic DVT, I wanted a calf sleeve with graduated compression to wear while working out. I did not like wearing full footed stockings (even with an open toe) while working out because it is VERY difficult to remove a sweaty compression stocking. I very quickly found out that most calf sleeves do not have graduated compression. Not only that, most are also nothing more than tight ski socks. I need something that does more than provide muscle support. Given that Sigvaris is very much in the business of medical grade compression socks, it came as no surprise that I found calf sleeves with graduate compression and actually provides 20-30 mmHg of compression. It is also significantly easier to remove sweaty calf sleeves, so I have found something that I can workout in. Just as an FYI, there is one other brand of compression calf sleeves that I have tried and satisfies my requirements: CEP which is manufactured by Mediven.
Comfortable Compression!, August 9, 2015 By Susan Miller (Wakeman, OH)
Very effective and very comfortable! Breathes nicely and is tolerable even in hot weather! I love the footless alternative :)
Too Small, August 1, 2015 By Anonymous (Tewksbury, MA)
Bought the largest size as it said it would accommodate the circumference of my calf but it didn't. Looked to be a well made product. Just wish the sizing was more accurate
Sigvaris 412 Compression Calf Sleeve, May 20, 2015 By Anonymous (Fitchburg, MA)
Have moderate varicose veins. Was looking for calf sleeve that I could wear while sitting long hours at desk job and also hiking. Did not want to wear a full foot compression knee high plus a hiking sock. Feels good on the leg. Is lightweight and lets the breeze through when hiking with shorts on. Wish the medium came in a Medium Short. The MM size is perfect for circumference but just a half inch too long for my leg. Would be even better without the logo.

Just ordered 2 more!, August 30, 2014 By Anonymous (Erie, PA)
I have tried every compression garment on the market. Awesome. The compression does what it is supposed to! Have tried other sleeves that were very uncomfortable. These are great. Would definitely recommend!
CALF SLEEVE, June 4, 2014 By lisa schatek (lehigh acres, FL)
i wear them at night when i get home from work, right now until i can use to them. then i hope i can start to wear them all day. they make my leg feel good.
Perfect for my height, October 11, 2013 By Arthur (Essex Junction, VT)
One issue with being 5'11'' is that my legs are a little longer then most compression socks. Given the way my legs look, most compression socks bunch at the ankle or by the knee.
I picked up the LL version with another as comparison, and these are perfect for work, sleep, or casual walking. They don't slide down the calf, and they don't roll up on the ankle.
I have not had bunching or digging issues while wearing these, which is an ideal reason to give them a try
Will order again!, September 4, 2013 By Anonymous
Lightweight and durable. Helps with the circulation of my legs when walking. The pink is nice and bright too!
Quality Material, August 28, 2013 By Chad (Washington, DC)
After having tried both these and the Allegro Rumba, the Sigvaris are significantly better quality. The fabric is both aesthetically and functionally better—the Sigvaris do not look like pantyhose when stretched, and you can clearly feel the graduated compression on the Sigvaris. The Sigvaris fabric also seems like it will stand up to long-term use/abuse.
I will say that I think these run just slightly on the tight side. According to my measurements, I fit into the larger end of the medium size, but in hindsight I probably should have ordered the large. They still work fine, just feel a little tight.
