Solaris ReadyWrap Thigh unit is a non-elastic adjustable compression therapy garment. Used by itself it's a great option for localized swelling from the superior patella border to the groin.
ReadyWrap mimics the 50% overlap of traditional short-stretch bandaging but is much quicker and easier to put on and take off. Alternating color-coded Velcro closures ensure equalized torque. It can be paired with the ReadyWrap Foot Calf and Knee Units for full leg compression. Constructed from a comfortable breathable blend of nylon polyester and polyurethane. Latex free. Made in the USA.
Every ReadyWrap Thigh Unit includes 1 Solaris Silver thigh-high Liner which fits a calf circumference up to 75cm. The silver liners are antimicrobial and provide enhanced comfort and protection for your leg. Additional liners sold separately. 46% nylon 35% acrylic 10% polyester 6% spandex and 3% x-static silver.
Won't stay up no matter what, April 14, 2018 By Gayle (Salisbury)(Verified)
The thigh Ready Wrap compression garment has two straps at the top to help it stay in place. Depending on your leg shape you can put them in a "v" or straight across. Perhaps it has to do with the thigh high stocking that doesn't stay up. Disappointed in this product.

They are as good as the Solaris calf & foot wraps.

I didn't have much success with keeping this on while walking around, until I made myself a kind of "garter belt" out of neoprene from a knee brace and lots of Velcro. I use a pair of calf-length yoga pants as a non-slip liner.
Great addition to lymphedema care, March 6, 2017 By Anonymous (Saint Louis, MO)(Verified)
I am really appreciating the ease of use and support provided by my new ReadyWrap thigh garment. After struggling with heavy, uncomfortable stockings and traditional bandages, it is a big relief to have an option that is flexible and completely adjustable. I am thinking of buying a second one so that I can rotate them for cleaning.
