Medi Assure compression leg wear combines precise graduated compression with durability at a great price. The soft breathable fabric makes them easy to put on and easy to take off. Available in regular and petite lengths.
Open toe 30-40mmHg compression thigh stocking, September 25, 2018 By Anonymous (RICHMOND HILL)(Verified)
So tight on foot and ankle to impede application. Rest of stocking ok.
Mediven Assure was recommended to me by my surgeon., January 11, 2018 By Anonymous (Show Low, AZ)(Verified)
A few years back I was diagnosed with a Venous Stasis Ulcer. After undergoing doppler studies & 10 debridement sugeries, my surgeon said I must wear heavy compression stockings ongoing 16 hours/day for the remainder of my life. These are the stockings he recommended. I’ve found them to be consistent, well made, and they obviously do the trick as I’ve had no more problems.
Medi Assure Thigh High 30-40mmHg, November 25, 2017 By Anonymous (Easton, PA)
The product is excellent. Good support and the Stay Put band on the upper thigh is comfortable and truly does stay put. Very good value for the price.
Good Quality, October 13, 2017 By Anonymous (Callaway, VA)(Verified)
Good quality and tough. No running and they stay where they are placed.
Medi Assure Thigh Highs, September 29, 2017 By Anonymous (Summerville, SC)(Verified)
This is a great product. I have used several different brands over the years but finally settled on Medi about five years ago. They wear well and maintain their compression longer than other brands
Just what the doctor ordered..., November 10, 2016 By Rosie (Show Liw, AZ)(Verified)
Yes! Over 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with a large Veinous Stasis Ulcer on the inside right leg ankle area. I had several "debridement" surgeries (painful, I might add...) and this brand of compression stockings is what my surgeon recommended to prevent the return of another ulcer as my leg circulation is bad.

I have worn Jobst Relief for years and decided to try another brand. They are not as comfortable as Jobst so I will be returning to Jobst.
Medi Compression stockings, June 30, 2016 By Terry Nobbe (Beaverton, OR)
Having worn this type of stocking for over ten years, I have found the quality, fit and freedom from runs of the Medi brand to be exceptional.

MEDI THIGH HIGHS, December 18, 2015 By Anonymous (Summerville, SC)

open toe Medi Assure Thigh High, November 21, 2015 By Anonymous (Macomb, MI)
I like the open toe stockings to sleep in. I have a 48 hr after vein procedure that I need to wear them all the time. I also like them with sandals. They are easy to put on with the little footie that is included with them.
Medi Assure Thigh High 30-40 mmHg, November 21, 2015 By Anonymous (Macomb, MI)
I really like these stockings. I am short legged and the petite fits me pretty well. These stockings are like others in that they are rather "fun" to put on, but once they are on they stay in place. I find all thigh high stockings need to be "pulled up" during the day or they will bunch at the back of the knee. I like the feel and look of them as well.
MEDI ASSURE THIGH HIGH, November 18, 2015 By ANNE MONTGOMERY (DAYTON, OH)
This is the second time that I have purchased these stockings from your company. I am very pleased with the quality and price of this product. Your company also shipped it out in a very timely manner. Thank you so much for all you do.
Fabulous, October 15, 2015 By Anonymous (Milwaukee, WI)
Bought black color and loving them! Opaque enough to wear as tights, great value for the price.

Everything turned out fine.
Very pleased with Medi Assure brand, March 11, 2015 By Anonymous (Show Low, AZ)
After being plagued with a Venous Stasis Ulcer near my right ankle last summer and enduring a series of debridement surgeries to facilitate healing, I was informed I have a serious venous insufficiency problem. After healing had taken place, I was told by my surgeon that compression stockings must be worn for the rest of my lifetime. He wrote an RX for the Medi Assure brand in the correct compression. I like the silicone beads at the thigh top as they stay put. This is a very reliable brand! Now if anyone out there would petition Medicare and/or insurance companies to assist in paying for these, I am totally convinced that patients would wear them unconditionally & faithfully if Medicare and insurance companies would provide & would actually save money on unneeded hospitalizations and surgeries! This seems pretty easy to understand to me. Anyway, this brand is reliable and well constructed! You can't go wrong!
Great, January 31, 2015 By Anonymous (Oakley, CA)
These stockings are really comfortable, especially the silicone band on the very top is very helpful, and prevents the stocking from lowering. Great product so far.
Medi Assure, October 16, 2014 By Linda (Lake Havasu City, AZ)
I have always bought the more expensive brand, but this time decided the less expensive would be worth a try. There is a slight difference in the feel against my leg, but it isn't uncomfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this one again.
Medi Assure Thigh High 30-40mmHg, September 3, 2014 By Anonymous (Thompsonville, MI)
This product provides very good support the only problem that I personally ran into was the top wants to roll down even after applying the liquid adhesive.
Satisfied Customer, June 13, 2014 By Anonymous (New Orleans, LA)
I was pleased with the rapid response that I received. The cost of the Compression Hose was great. I will, hopefully, continue to use your services.
Not comfortable, May 24, 2014 By Anonymous
Unfortunately, compression stockings as a whole are uncomfortable. These stockings were just way too tight and they bunched up behind my knee. Had to return them.
Great compression for an unbeatable price, February 11, 2014 By Anonymous
These are some of my favorite compression hose to wear for my vein issues. They hold up very well, don't slide at all (when the silicone is clean, and I find shaving my thighs aids in this as well) and seem to look fairly nice in black if that's an issue. The beige looks more like old school compression hose, but being a man, this is no issue since I only wear under pants. My only complaint about these hose and the reason for one less star is because as others have mentioned, these do tend to bunch a little behind the knee and can be a bit irritating. Lotioning this area seems to help but the fabric just seems to rub this area a little rougher than other brands. Other than this they are great compression stockings especially for tall men who have few options
Not worth the savings, December 27, 2013 By Anonymous (FL)
These stockings are not worth the savings. They are uncomfortable and bunch behind the knee constantly. The fabric is scratchy. Next time I will spend the extra $40 and get the Medi comforts. Live and learn!
Thigh High, October 6, 2013 By Anonymous (mesa, AZ)
Great price for quality stockings. I have previously been forced to pay higher prices for the same quality because I did not know about Brightlife Direct. I am very satisfied with my purchases and will definitely be purchasing again from Brightlife. Thank you for making something necessary affordable and easy to order!
