Now in regular and petite lengths. Medi Assure compression leg wear combines precise graduated compression with durability at a great price. Assure is the economy line from Medi USA. The soft breathable fabric makes them easy to put on and easy to take off.
Run short, May 1, 2018 By Patty (Kansas City, MO)(Verified)
Medi Assures-Lg fall down quickly. They're easier to put on but too short. I was on the end of Allegro Queen and beginning of Allegro Queen Plus. It really takes some muscle to get the AQP up but they'll never fall down & are longer than the Medi Assures. As hard as it was to get the AQP on the AQ wouldn't have fit-returned them.
Medi Assure Support Pantyhose, May 17, 2016 By Anonymous (Ferrum, VA)
I do not care for the feel of the hose. I had wanted a lighterweight or more breathable pair for summer time and these feel as heavy as the Preggers Support Maternity tights I had purchased previously for this winter. Also, they are not tall or long enough for the length of my leg even though my measurements fell within the ranges specified. I did appreciate the sale price!
Sooo Happy, August 29, 2015 By Anonymous (Jessup, MD)
I purchased a couple of other brands but ended up having to return them because they were too long, but after spending time talking to one of the Brightlife reps and going over my mom's measurements they recommended the Medi Assure. My mom is so happy with the way they fit and the feel of the fabric.
Medi Assure Pantyhose, January 4, 2015 By Anonymous (Lake Forest Park, WA)
The fabric was comfortable and the compression seemed good however they are too short. I am 5'8" and from floor to top of my leg is 32 inches.

Though I got the largest or longest, it is still somewhat short for a tall person. It does offer some advantages over compression stockings, but also have disadvantages as well. As with most things, pantyhose vs. stocking is a matter of tradeoffs.
Medi Assure Support Pantyhose 20-30mmHg, September 30, 2013 By Anonymous (Silverdale, WA)
I am so, so happy with my Medi Assure Support Pantyhose, my Doctors recommended that I start wearing 20 - 30 mmHg support pantyhose. I have short legs and found it necessary to make a couple of exchanges, talked to a rep at BrightLife and again gave her the measurements emphasizing my leg measurements. She recommended the Medi Assure style, they fit perfectly. Thank you.

I enjoy the ease of putting the hose on but they do not help my legs like other brands.
