Juzo Dynamic Biker Shorts provide moderate compression to the lower abdomen and thigh area.
Compression Bike Shorts work well in conjunction with thigh high compression stockings, either with or without a silicone top band. If you have sensitive skin and can't use a silicone band or skin glue, biker shorts donned over thigh highs will keep them in place. Do your thigh highs slide or roll? Try a pair of compression bike shorts. They will keep the stockings in place, plus provide compression to the upper thigh and abdomen.
If you use an alternative compression thigh-high like FarrowWrap, Juxta-Fit, or Compre-Fit, compression biker shorts help keep the garment in place, in addition to providing compression through the abdominal area.
Are not actual biker shorts and not made for petite builds., July 18, 2018 By Becky (Weymouth, MA)(Verified)
These aren’t to be confused with actual biker shorts as they are the same material, fabric, knit and thickness of the Dynamic Varin compression stockings, thigh highs and socks. They do feel higher in compression than 15-20 mmhg but I believe this is due to it being made of the dynamic varin material which offers the best compression in comparison to all other brands and styles in my opinion. It has the same silicone dot band mid thigh (at the end of the length of the shorts) as the thigh high compression stockings do at the top which for me did not work at all. I am very petite at just under 100lbs and 5’2” and the bands were actually loose on my thighs. I tried folding them up but it just didn’t work. If you have thicker thighs and more full figured this may work for you. I do not have chicken legs by any means either my thighs are of normal size. If the shorts did not have these I would totally have loved them as the dynamic varin are the only compression I’ve found that works for me (20-30 and 30-40) and it’s really hard if not impossible to find overall targeted consistent and not gradient compression in that area of the body, as all stockings are gradient and due to my health issues I need consistent compression all the way from ankles to waist, as I planned on wearing these with thigh highs to get that consistent compression. This sadly misses the mark as I was excited about these. I returned them. Thankful for brightlife’s return policy that’s for sure!
Juzo Biker short, May 3, 2018 By Anonymous (Dallas, TX)(Verified)
I have enjoyed my Juzo biker shorts for several months. they are pretty easy to get on/off and hold up for a very long time. the shorts also give me the flexibility of just wearing the shorts (wear I need the most compression) instead of always wearing my toe to thigh stockings.
Comfort problem, February 9, 2014 By Eileen (Philadelphia, PA)
CWX and other companies who make compression pants for runners, do a great job of designing a comfortable pair of pants. You could learn something from them. Juzo pants separated in the crotch right away. CWX has NEVER done that. Lymphedema patients could benefit from the newer technology available.
