The very popular Silver Sole Diabetic crew in a knee high style. If you have sensitive feet you'll love this sock. It features therapeutic compression to increase circulation in the foot and ankle, pillowed sole for added comfort, mid-foot compression to prevent bunching of the sock, and a channeled toe seam to reduce toe irritation. Add to that, real silver which eliminates bacteria and reduces odor. Made of 85%Cotton, 5% Nylon, 2% X-Static Silver and 8% Spandex.

A thicker sock than I was expecting, but quite comfortable. They have not yet been laundered yet so I can't comment on how well they wear.

Comfortable without feeling squished, March 13, 2016 By Anonymous (LONG BEACH, CA)
I bought these for my husband, he says that he'd give them five stars. He says they give support without making him feel like his legs are being squeezed all day long. Plus his legs aren't tired at the end of the day.
Good, April 14, 2015 By Anonymous (Glen Burnie, MD)
I would have liked them to hold at the top better.
Good, but not perfect, September 21, 2013 By Anonymous (Eau Claire, WI)
I have just started wearing compression hosiery and am experimenting with the different options. My doctor suggests I wear thigh high, so I do have vein issues in my calves and thighs. However, I hate hosiery and compression socks are better than nothing, right? Well, I found the compression in these to not be as strong as the hosiery style. They are more comfortable, since they are very similar to regular socks. Not super easy to get on, since there is compression, but much easier than the sheer hosiery styles.
For someone only needing compression in their lower legs, I would think this would be a good option.

I've always been a bit confused why doctors will tell a diabetic not to wear anything constrictive that will hinder circulation and then have them tell you to wear compression footwear. Now I've found the answer. These socks make my legs feel so much better without being too constrictive -- the perfect compromise! I've tried compression hoisery and found it not worth the struggle to get on. These socks go on easily and are extremely comfortable and well fitting. I highly recommend them!

The XL knee-high socks fit precisely in a size 13 foot and compress evenly throughout and can be put on and taken off with above-moderate effort only but that could be and was anticipated... and wash well without shrinkage in cold water and Tide.

My husband is diabetic and has some problems with swelling in his ankles. These are the best all-around comfortable compression socks we've found. They also look good. My son is on his feet all day and has some problems with vericose veins. He also finds the socks useful and comfortable. He wears work boots and these socks "stay up" all day. Importantly...the customer service is A-1. Quick delivery a real voice on the phone when there are problems no hassle exchanges. Amazing in this day and age.
I wanted to wait unt…, June 20, 2009 By Anonymous (Wadsworth, OH)
I wanted to wait until I had worn my socks a few times before I wrote. I am satisfied with the compression level and how they fit. However this morning when I went to put a pair on I noticed two things. One pair is has two different types of socks-one sock has ribs across the arch (as do both socks in my other pair) while the other sock doesn't. That "different" sock is also starting to unravel at the ankle (both sides). This after just a few wares. What is your return policy and procedure?Thank youTed Crosiertec79@mac.com
