PitPaks were developed for use on stubborn problem areas, longstanding hard or woody fibrosis. They resemble bean bags, and provide a gentle massaging action through movement of the pits against the tissue. PitPaks are held in place by short-stretch bandaging. Loose fill paks are for use on smaller areas, larger paks have channeling to prevent the cherry pits from migrating to one side.
This Hand Pak is designed for use on the back of the hand.
NOTE: This is an aggressive therapy and should only be used under close supervision with your therapist. He/she will determine your tolerance for this treatment, duration, and external compression.
It works!, June 26, 2018 By Dzina (Minsk, Belarus)
I use it under the bandage for a night and I like how my hand looks in the morning. It really helps to decrease the swelling.

I've had trouble with edema on the back of my hand that has become hardened. My PT recommended that I use a pit pack to break up the fibrous tissue there when I did the night time wrap. This product works perfectly. It fits the back of my hand, allowing me to do the wrap procedure with little difficulty. The resulting decrease in swelling is outstanding. I throw it in the wash when it needs cleaning.
