The JoVi Pak Arm Sleeve can be used as a nighttime garment, bandage liner, or in combination with the JoViJacket instead of short-stretch bandages. Filled with shredded foam, the Continuous Flow channeling directs lymph fluid away from the axilla toward alternate functioning lymphatic pathways.
The sleeve has an anatomically positioned thum stub and extends from the DIPs (2nd and 3rd finger bones) to the axilla, with a lateral rise of 10 cm (4 in). Available in 10 ready-to-wear sizes.
NOTE: This item is not returnable, but can be altered for an additional charge.
I have had great success wearing the JoVi Pak Arm Sleeve at night. It is comfortable and does not interfere with sleeping. It is a little hard to get on and I use baby powder on my arm before donning the sleeve to help slide it on. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing it simply so you don't have to wrap your arm anymore.
I'm putting my bandages away!, July 30, 2015 By Diane (La Grange, IL)
When I think of the years that I bandaged my arm and the time that it took, I wish I had found this sooner. It doesn't interfere with my sleep and it doesn't become too warm. Since I travel several times a year, this is so much easier to pack and use.
Relief from Swelling!, August 13, 2014 By Anonymous (Port Angeles, WA)
I have had trouble with lymphedema in one arm, for years. Lymph massage and sleeves were not keeping in control. I tried wrapping each night, but that got tiresome, and was not always effective. Thankfully, I heard about the JoVi Pak Arm Sleeve. Wearing the sleeve overnight makes a big difference! I love it!
Jovi sleeve, March 26, 2014 By Anonymous (Horseshoe Bay, TX)
I love this sleeve. It is comfortable, travels well and really works to move the fluid up and out of my arm. I wish I had known about this product when I was first diagnosed with lymphedema and maybe my arm wouldn't be so fibrotic. It helps to put a little powder on your dry arm before trying to put it on. I will definitely buy another one when this one stretches out from use.
almost like a custom sleeve for me, December 17, 2013 By feona distler (NY)
I wore this sleeve one night and it took my elbow down one cm in one night. I was right at a small. one centimeter more would have been too big on me. Hard to put on but like a custom sleeve in hard to put on. I needed help to put sleeve on. I think sleeve helper would help. I forget what they are called - slippery sleeve helpers. No numb fingers. It fit beautifully. Custom is better but this is great.
I think Tribute is 650 with oversleeve custom made.
