Wretched product., January 25, 2018 By Anonymous (Covington, VA)
I bought this as a required post-surgical item for a vein ablation. This support garment was exceedingly difficult to don. As soon as it was on, it started to remove itself. In the first 100 steps I took, it dropped several inches, despite the belt portion. By the time I got to my car, it was painfully wrinkling across the surgical site. It has actually abraded my knuckles like a rug burn in the first twelve hours of constantly pulling it up and adjusting out wrinkles. It is comfortable in the very brief periods that it is not busy falling down. I am disgusted to think that I paid huge money for such a poorly designed product and that I have to wear it for a week. This is like Purgatory on Earth.
EXCELLENT & Comfotable too!!!, March 23, 2016 By scooter (springfeild, MO)
These chaps are great fitting, they are very very comfortable. I have worn just about every brand out there and these are one of my favorites! I wish they made them in a stronger compression but this works. Did I forget to mention how amazingly comfortable they are, ha ha, of course I mentioned it. They are so comfortable you forget you are wearing them and this is a HUGE plus for compression.

I very much like the idea of the chaps as opposed to a thigh high stocking. They give a smoother look under slacks and do not need body glue. However the sizing is a problem for me as I am a small woman (5'2" and 125 lbs). I need a petite size. I won't be buying anymore chaps unless they are offered in petite.

Having purchased a lower quality compression garment in the past form another supplier I am much happier with my purchase of these Jobst Relief Chaps the waste band is a bit uncomfortable and doesn't help the hose stay up any better than a thigh high as I thought it would. But it does allow me the freedom to relive myself [use the restroom] without needing to pull down or remove the hose a BIG PLUS! I do believe when I order my next pair I will try the thigh high. I can only assume that using a better quality hose like Jobst they will stay up better. Maybe it's just the nature of the product or my misshapen body that's the problem. I only have one functioning hand to put these on with as well. The over all comfort is wonderful the even and firm compression is a great feeling. I'll be back here to buy more!

I love the chaps style but I am only 5'2" tall and would love to have them offered in a Petite size. The Small is a bit too long for my leg. They work very well under jeans and don't show any line. I would think that anatomically they would be healthier since they don't cause any constriction at the top of the thigh as do regular thigh high stockings.

These are well made heavy duty support hose but they did now fit comfortablly for me because the "connecting" waist band hits at mid/low hip instead of at the waist as pictured in the photo. I have long legs and a long torso; I think these would work best for someone with very long legs and a short torso.

This I think is the second time I am telling you this. I have the Jobst Relief Chaps 20-30mmHg and love them. But the Jobst Relief Chaps 30-40mmHg I ordered was 4 inches too long. The product needs a 'length option.' I send them back to you.
