Getting There, September 3, 2018 By Anonymous (Lincoln, IL)
I'm looking for compression hose that don't bind just under my knee. This is the best pair I've found so far. I realize that in order for them to stay up, they must be tight at the top. It can be very uncomfortable though.

Jobst brand is not cheap, however they will outlast cheaper brands actually making them a better buy. They are the very best made in my opinion
What Happened to JOBST??, December 4, 2017 By Anonymous (Pittsburgh, PA)(Verified)
My husband has been wearing the JOBST brand of compression stockings for years and lately they are not the quality like they use to be. At $65 for one pair I would think they should be constructed better. Very disappointed
Great product, September 28, 2017 By Earl (Calgary)
Have been using for years, recently tried another style but they couldn't compare to the comfort and feel of these socks. Have tried the open toe too, and they are great, especially with sandals.
Poor longevity, March 22, 2017 By Anonymous (Burlington, VT)(Verified)
While the fit and comfort of Jobst stockings are still decent, these (for whatever reason) new style fabrics are not designed to last - even with recommended care. The fabric easily develops holes and runs within three or so months. A sad state for a product I formerly would have rated 5-star.
Jobst Quality, January 7, 2017 By Richard Wagner (McCaysville, GA)(Verified)
I haven't been wearing support hosiery for a long time. I just started back, as my weight is up a bit, and the hosiery seemed like thing to do. I am very pleased with Jobst, and always have been. All the Nurses I know wear by Jobst, and I have been very pleased also. This knee high 30-40mmHG is a dandy choice. Maximum compression and feels super!
Tried them all these are the best, June 27, 2016 By Doug Roberts (Santa Fe, NM)
I've been wearing compression hose for over 25 years for varicose veins. I've tried every brand available and these are the best for a number of reasons. They are very sturdy and don't rip. The silver foot liner prevents odor. I can wear them longer more comfortably than all other brands.
OK Stockings, June 13, 2016 By Mike Sherline (Naalehu, HI)
They're pretty thin but not insubstantial. They go on & come off pretty easily. Compression holds up. Have to be pulled away from the toes several times a day, especially after walking. Last pair got a hole in the toe after about 2 months - hope these hold up better.

Jobst for Men Knee High 30-40mmHg, December 4, 2014 By Charlie Schifano (Chandler, AZ)
I have been using your company for quite a few years and the Jobst products are the best of all the compression knee highs. I have venous insufficiency in both legs and this will be a lifetime usage for me. I thank you for the excellent service you provide.

This stocking is comfortable to wear and easy to wash. The big thing is how easy is it to put on, I find this is quite manageable

Jobst for Men Knee High Review, October 25, 2013 By Willi Meyer (Holland, OH)
I have worn both pairs one-time each and they do not stay up on my legs. Very disappointed that I will need to go through the hassle of sending them back to get a better quality of stockings. I have never had this experience before with your company.
Jobst for Men 30-40mmHG, August 29, 2013 By Anonymous (East Hampton, DC)
I have been using this product for over 8 years and find it to be very durable and long lasting except that in a matter of a few short weeks the area near the big toe tears and must be stitched. One improvement would be for the company to use a more reinforced fabric at the base of the sock.

Ordered both Jobsty…, November 29, 2010 By Anonymous (Grove City, OH)
Ordered both Jobsty and Sigvaris brand compression hoisery for a male patient I have (age 56 6'4" tall 320#).As an occupational therapist I had always recommended Jobst because it was what I was exposed to during my training. But this time due to his need for a larger size and because of the color variety offered with both decided to also try the Sigvaris brand.Well you have found a couple of converts for sure. Both the patient and I have become Sigvaris fans! Their socks stay up much better; no readjustments needed throughout the day. The colors allow for better coordination with wardrobe and the 30-40 gauge compression level is every bit as supportive as the more familiar Jobst brand. I now feel as a therapist I can give my male patients a choice in supportive legwear. And for the money they spend on legwear choice is what they deserve.MJK OTR/L
