Cushioned Core-Spun is made from the same great stretchy yarn as regular Core-Spun, and it also has extra padding in the foot. This makes it easier to stand for long periods of time, is great for sensitive feet, sore feet, or anyone who likes a thicker sock. Ultra stretchy yarns make this sock easy to put on, and that same elasticity makes this sock really comfortable to wear. Graduated compression of 20-30mmHg is designed to treat mild to moderate varicose veins, spider veins, edema (swelling), and venous insufficiency.
Core-Spun stockings are made by twisting polyester fibers around an inner core of Lycra, creating one soft, elastic thread. Black socks are made using X-Static Silver polyester, white using CoolMax polyester. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. White: 57% polyester, 28% nylon, 15% Lycra. Black: 57% polyester, 23% nylon, 17% Lycra, 3% X-Static. Made in USA.

I love these stockings! They are soft and not nylons!
Comfortable compression, May 2, 2018 By Anonymous (WALDPORT, OR)
Comfortable compression is NOT an oxymoron! Hubby has edema in leg. These socks assist in keeping the swelling manageable. The cushy bottom sole helps prevent rub spots from his "clown " shoes! BrightLife is easy to work with. I placed the first order from my mobile phone in hubby's hospital room.

Comfortable and Great Fit!, April 5, 2016 By James (Saint Albans, WV)
My doctor recommended compression stockings for my legs. After doing extensive research on them I came across BrightLife Direct! They provided ample information regarding size, support, etc. I purchased a pair just to see if they would fit like advertised. Let's just say, I will purchase several more pair! Thanks again!!
Great quality but not for me, July 16, 2015 By James Bigham (Newburgh, IN)
The Therafirm Cushioned Core-Spun support socks 20-30 mm Hg were of excellent quality but we're too tight in the toe box. I replaced them with Allegro brand with expanded toe box and these were by far the most comfortable compression socks at any price.

Perfect, April 10, 2015 By Anonymous (Las Vegas, NV)
My husband really likes these socks, a lot. Very easy to put on compared to others that he has. Only drawbacks are that they are very warm and in Las Vegas, not good for summer. Also quite pricey.

Pure comfort, September 7, 2014 By Carol Hegstrom (Pocatello, ID)
These have the basic look and provide the cushioned comfort of regular cotton blend athletic sockswhich is just what I was looking for. I'm so glad that I bought 8 pairs at once!
