"I tried a couple of different sizes of Mediven non-maternity style 15-20mm pantyhose and there was no way the waist was going over my hips. With Brighlife’s exchange policy it was easy to try something else. I read a review where a guy tried a maternity style pantyhose for the larger sizing. So I thought why not and Customer Service even said this could be a solution. I found this was a good solution. As with the previous sizes, the overall length was perfect and now I even had some extra room in the panty. I’ve worn them twice now for close to 10 hours each time. Almost doesn’t feel like your wearing this type of hosiery and they stay up. I wear short pants nearly year around. If you’re not wearing long pants the color and finish is a good match. Unless someone is really close they can hardly see the compression hose. I am taller and heavier than the average guy so clothing has always been an issue. If your a guy needing a larger size of compression hosiery this could be your solution. Just because it says Maternity doesn’t mean a guy can’t wear them too. I am very pleased with these, the overall purchase experience, and will order more. Thanks."

Love my hose

"The 15-20 mmHg Medi Comfort compression hose that I recently purchased more than meet my expectations. They are comfortable and have good compression. I was a bit skeptical about making this order as the last pair ordered (20 - 30 mmhg Medi Compression hose) were WAY TOO STIFF (perhaps the mmHg was mislabled on the box and pair) and I am unable to wear them even after repeated washings because I can't get them on comfortably . . . they remain WAY TOO TIGHT"
