"I have worked hard to remove swelling from the very delicate genital area. I have not been able to use many products because of discomfort and heat retention. This product is cool and comfortable. The only issue is it does not attach to undergarments and can fall into the toilet during bathroom trips since I literally forget I have it in my undergarments!"
