"I found this sleeve very comforting, not hurting anywhere on my arm . So soft to touch and does not get rip when I pull it on my hand and arm I always wear a gauntlet due to swelling if I only wear a sleeve. This is very comfortable sleeve and I can wear it all day This is the BEST sleeve I have ever purchased. "This is the first sleeve to fit me after many tries: having gauntlet allows it to actually fit my small wrists. Am I the only small-boned woman on earth that needs a compression sleeve? Anyway, the reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the top binding of silicon or whatever sticky substance that unsticks before i'm done with rest of sleeve. Because of this issue, it's value drops. This is generally problem with all compression sleeves, except the Allegro: read my review of that one."

"I've been wearing a compression glove and sleeve for about a year. I have lymphedema of unknown cause, and both are necessary. However, I get compression at the wrist which doesn't facilitate draining of fluid from hand. The gauntlet alone isn't sufficient, but if I wear a cotton glove snd use one roll of 4 cm gauze before putting on the one-piece guantlet and sleeve, it's not only more comfortable, but seems effective! This is far more comfortable than wearing a separate sleeve and glove. Compression is good as is the fit. I'm very happy with this combo. The only thing that would make this better is if the was a glove and sleeve combo.^"

Does not stay in place

"The top band does not keep the sleeve in place. When I remove the donning device, the top slides down with it. This does not happen with my sleeves that have the silicon dots."

"We had been looking for a sleeve gauntlet combo product for our son who has a venous malformation in hand and arm and this item works great! It feels soft to wear yet has graduated compression at the 20/30 level so he feels the massage effect yet comfortable enough for all day wear with no compromise in circulation. Very happy we found this product!"

"Love compression. Absolutely love gauntlet to upper arm style. I have a more even compression from Palm of hand all the way up, not the gap in compression I normally deal with when two separate pieces for hand and arm."

Disappointed

"Good price. Fast delivery. Sleeve has decent compression but top rolls and causes binding which you can't have with this condition. Fabric is light & cooler but collects in the bend of arm & wrist. Really disappointed & would not recommend."

Almost perfect

"This is the 2nd batch of two sleeves I ordered. I highly prefer the combined sleeve/gauntlet style. My only criticism is that it doesn't last as long as prior sleeves I've owned which unfortunately aren't made anymore. I used to get a good 5 months and the last two Sigvaris models started losing their steam after only 3 months. I love them when they're brand new."
