15-20 mmhg

The moderate compression provides relief from minor to moderate swelling, aching, and varicose veins. They are great for preventing deep vein thrombosis (or economy class syndrome) while traveling, but they’re also good for anyone who stands or sits for long periods of time.

Reviews

Great leggings

"I love these leggings. They are comfy, durable, and have great compression. The ribbed texture is subtle, I could easily wear these as leggings under a dress. I like to layer them under my pants."

I find this material to

"I find this material to be really uncomfortable and scratchy, but I tend to be particular about that kind of stuff. I used the size guide on the website and found that to be right on, so I believe it fits true to size. That said, I had to yank this sucker up all day because the waistband kept falling. I found the compression to be satisfactory for work, but it would not have been sufficient for exercise."

Melissa G. (3/5)

I like these. Length is

"I like these. Length is great. They stay low over ankle so feet don't swell. Color and quality if material is great also."

"Love these compression hose. They are great!"

At first I thought they

"At first I thought they were too small/too short however I found it was imperative to use my donning gloves to achieve a proper fit. The color is really lovely, great fall color!!"

size-C is a little long

"I'm going to try sending them back 4 a different size. This was what was recommended for me based on my height and weight but I guess I have skinny legs :-) am 5 foot 7 and 1/2 ,145. I really like them tho. Nice compression and I like the texture and I like the lower hip band"

Exactly what I was looking for

"I like wearing what I call "leg t-shirts"---jersey-knit leggings---but I need compression, too, so I started looking for footless compression tights. I've got compression stockings at a higher grade of compression, and I'm always poking holes in them as I put them on, so I decided to try this lower grade, and it's still quite useful. The compression increases slightly from calf to ankle, which is nice. I'm a very early millennial and grew up in the era of hipster-fit everything, so I like the slightly lower waist on these, but to be honest, the waist isn't *that* low, so if you prefer yours to sit higher, that shouldn't be a problem. One thing to know is that these have a ribbed texture. I'm betting that for that reason, they'll look more normal in the winter (like leg *sweaters* rather than leg t-shirts), but I felt comfortable wearing them in warm weather under a dress. I got them in black and plan to buy the other colors as well."

Erin M. (5/5)

Good quality

"Good quality and felt good on. For me they were a little to tight at the ankles but probably not for everyone"

Deborah S. (5/5)

Very Disappointed in the Sigvaris Soft Silhouette Leggings

"I tried them on and they don't fit properly. The waist band goes up way too high and then it rolls down. In addition, they are much tighter than the Juzo ones I have which are 20-30 mmHG. I also don't like the fabric. They are very heavy and hot. Bottomline, they are terribly uncomfortable, and I would like to return them. How do I do that?"

Roberta C. (1/5)

I like the fit and

"I like the fit and product. Not colorfast - although I follow washing directions and use the correct soap and temperature. Also beginning to snag. Hoping for faster delivery in the future?"

Q&A

Are these appropriate to wear during pregnancy? I'm looking for medical grade compression maternity leggings that actually look like leggings (not see-through).
Pregnancy garments will have expansion material for the stomach area. The leggings we carry do not have this.
I have C.O.P.D. & Asthma and only a 50% lung function so I can't have a legging that is super tight at the waist or I won't be able to breath. I would wear a size D , waist measurement is 38 inches, hips are 43, thigh is 21 1/4, and in seam measures 35-36 inches long. My swelling is mostly in the knee area and lower calf. Do you have any product that will work for me? I can't tolerate a tight waistband. Thanks. Connie
To look at our leggings just go to our website and key in leggings. We carry seven different leggings and all will have different ways of measuring. One measurement will be the ankle because that is where the compression starts. Since the waist is important for you please look at the thickness of the band and if it list a waist measurement. Thank you
What is the length?
This item goes by height and weight which you can find on the size chart. The Size "A" has an inseam of 19" before it even gets stretched out. Just go by the size chart. Thank you
