These knee highs are ideal for wearing on long flights or car trips to prevent blood clots (DVT's) and to reduce fatigue for people who spend time on their feet. They are also effective in reducing the discomfort caused by minor varicose or spider veins. Features a wide soft top band to keep the stocking in place and a reciprocated heel and soft comfortable band that fits around the ball of the foot. The Allegro Sheer Support Open Toe Knee Highs are woven from 80% nylon and 20% spandex in the U.S.A.

What if your shoe size is 8 and ankle size is also 8?
The ankle measurement is the important one, that starts the fluids in your leg to flow up. Would go with the medium especially since you are ordering open toe. Thank you
