CircAid's Leg Reduction Kit is a revolutionary new way to treat lymphedema. Designed for use in the early decongestive phase of treatment, the Reduction Kit replaces traditional bandaging and wrapping. This gives you the patient, the freedom to maintain a normal lifestyle without constant trips to the clinic for wrapping. You can easily remove the Leg Reduction Kit before bathing, and easily put it back on so you don't loose any of the reduction you've gained.
The Built-In-Tension System allows you to make small adjustments to the garment as your leg reduces. After significant reductions, your therapist or clinic can adjust or customize the Reduction Kit. Combine with the Knee and Upper Leg Reduction Kits for full leg compression.
Each Lower Leg Reduction Kit includes:
1 reduction lower leg component
1 pair of leg undersleeves
1 reduction shelf strap
6 Velcro stays
1 Built-In-Tension system guide card
1 paper measuring tape
1 directions for use
NOTE: The initial sizing and customization of the Lower Leg Reduction Kit MUST be done by a certified therapist or clinic. The calf circumference (cC) cannot be more than 30cm larger than the ankle (cB).

Have worn these since October of 2017 and have had very good results for keeping Lymphedema swelling down. Good compression. This is a spare pair for when the first ones are pretty well stretched out.

Circaid Reduction Kit - Lower Leg, July 5, 2018 By Nicole H (Atlantic City, NJ)(Verified)
I recently purchased Circaid Reduction Kit - Lower Leg. This is a great product that has worked wonders for me. My leg is reducing and it’s very supportive. The reduction kit in my opinion very comfortable and does its job. I love Circaid/Medi products. I have bought other items and the products do not disappoint.
Working wonderfully!, January 4, 2018 By Milford (Los Angeles, CA)(Verified)
I bought this item as a test, I have both legs in need of a new lymphadema leg wrap, so I figured I'd get one and see how it went. I chose my right leg wrap because it was the one in worst need of replacement. I was surprised and pleased to find that this new leg wrap far surpasses the original wrap even new. My right leg was in worst shape than my left, now it's that much better than the left! My right leg is actually reduced in size by some five or six inches of girth by this wrap. I was able to stop backing up the non-stick gauze pad with a regular surgical pad (due to flow from the wound) and at the end of the 24-hour period I wear the wrap before chaning, there is only a small patch of wetness on the gauze pad where there was once an enormous discolored mess on both non-stick and regular surgical pad. I am buying a new one for the left leg with my next paycheck and you can count on me being a regular customer in future.
Change my life, May 24, 2017 By LUIS (la plata)(Verified)
I have suffered lymphedema for 12 years. Before arriving at the office where I am currently treated, I went through other places without getting the results I expected. For 2 years now I have been attending where now, first we started with pressure therapy and overlapping bandages until one day my therapist did a test with Circaid products. I am very satisfied with them. I use the lower and upper kit. I change the look of my leg a lot. It changes its texture and under the volume. It is a comfortable product and I can sleep without bandages and shower without dramas. When I go on vacation I find it very practical. I can put them on myself, changed my quality of life and see favorable results.

This is a good product. It gave the pressure where I need it. It is difficult to cut to fit. I used a YouTube video to set up. Works really well
