Welcome To Our New Website!

Our BrightLife blog and website finally got a makeover! We are the same company with the same products, just a new and improved website. In this blog post, we will break down how to register your account, navigate around the website, and answer any questions you have. Here's what's new and improved:

Upgraded Search And Navigation

We upgraded our search and navigation to give you more relevant results and make it much easier to find what you're looking for. You can even search "Returns" or "Blog" to pull up those pages! Now you can easily filter through your favorite brands and categories to narrow down the results to find the perfect stocking. Sort through the filters on the left-hand side and choose from compression level, gender, style, fabric, and many more options to narrow down your selection. Look at the arrows in the picture below to see the filter options.

Filters can be found on the left-hand side when shopping a brand (like Jobst), or a category (such as compression level or knee highs, for example). These filters are designed to change based on the products you are viewing to provide the most relevant options. As you select the filters on the left-hand side, your stocking options will narrow until you see the exact criteria you are looking for.

Bigger Product Images

Bigger is better! We increased all of the product images to make it easier to see the products and fine details. The whole website itself is a bit bigger and wider to make the text and images much easier to see. If there's something that is too small or hard to read on our website, let us know!

Easier Returns

Now you can start your return right on our website - no phone call or email needed! It's as easy as one-two-three! Get started by typing in your order number and email address to begin the return process. Next, select the items you want to send back and the reason for the return. You will be given a RA number at the end of the return process.

Depending on when the order was placed, you may need to call or email us to set up a return instead. This is also an option if you rather call/email instead of setting up the return online. Our return policy has not changed, but if you would like to review it, please click here.

How To Reactivate Your Old Account

Need to get into your account? Don't worry, all of your past order information has been saved, you just need to reactivate your account. Here's how:

All you need to do is verify your email address to access your old records. Once you're on the registration page, enter your information, click the 'create' button, and you're in! If you have any issues with this, please contact us for support. We can send you an account activation email.

Be Sure To Choose Your Product Carefully!

In order to help make sure you get the right size/color/style, you will need to choose from all of the product options to add it to your cart. This means you will have to click on the size, color, or other options before adding the item to your cart. The button that is greyed out that says "Choose Options" will turn green and say "Add To Cart" when all of the options have been selected.

Even if there is only one size or option for the garment, you will still need to click that option in order to add the product to the cart. Make sure that you clicked in the right place! The product option will be highlighted in blue when selected. Check out the picture below to see what the product page will look like when all of the options are selected and you are able to add the product to the cart (you can compare it to the picture above for reference):

The Size Finder

Your handy dandy Size Machine is new and improved! Just enter your measurements and this awesome tool will automatically calculate your size and list what will fit best.
