They feature a comfort waistband, reciprocated heel, and balloon toe for wiggle room. The Allegro brand provides the same quality comfort and support as the famous brands that cost two to three times more.

Just love it. Great for work that does a lot of standing and walking
Strength Required, May 1, 2018 By Patty (Kansas City, MO)(Verified)
Kept Queen Plus. I was on the end of Queen and beginning of QP. It really takes some muscle to get them up. Medi Assures-Lg fall down quickly but these never will. As hard as it was to get the QP on the Queens wouldn't have fit-returned them.
Freedom toes, yea!, March 8, 2018 By Charlene Daniel (Upper Lake, CA)(Verified)
The open toe option have saved my toes. For some reason the shear stockings open toe did not place on my foot as well. Also the extra support of the surgical pantyhose is just what I needed
Nice Support, March 5, 2018 By Anonymous (Beaumont, CA)(Verified)
These pantyhose keep me supported all day long. I work 12 hour shifts on a med-surg floor. Although they are very difficult to put on, they work great.
Allegro surgical weight support hose, February 24, 2018 By Anonymous (San francisco, CA)(Verified)
The best and most economical tights ever! I stand for long hours at a time. The tights help to prevent swelling and I don't get the heaviness in my legs at the end of the day.
Petite Allegro Pantyhose 20-30mmHg: Great!, December 30, 2017 By Elizabeth (Seattle, WA)(Verified)
The stockings are true to fit, compression as stated, decreases my leg discomfort, fatigue. I have had varicose vein surgical ligation 3 X left leg and 2 X right. I remain active, wearing the stockings to jog, bike and X-country ski. Have used the product for 2 years, replacing them every 6 months. 5 Stars!

Grateful to find a more inexpensive and serviceable surgical pantyhose than is offered by other brands. I have been buying Allegro stockings for years now and am a repeat repeat repeat customer.

Excellent fit, excellent value; durable! I have cross country skied, canoed and ridden my bike and my 74 year old legs feel much better for it!
Black 20-30 compression tights Queen size, May 5, 2017 By Anonymous (Happy Valley, OR)
I thought these would be silkier and less compression than they turned out to be. The compression feels as strong as my Jobst 40's. I was hoping they would be easier to put on. They're nicer looking and fit better than the Jobst hose. Seems like the leg might be a little shorter so they don't slip and bunch behind my knee. Next time I'll order 15-20 compression. Pretty good value.
Comfortable, April 15, 2017 By Martha (Manchester, OH)(Verified)
Once I mastered how to put them on, I find them comfortable. However, I am at the top of the petite for weight and bottom of the medium for height and shoe size, so there are some wrinkles in the ankle area.
Not comfortable, April 11, 2017 By Anonymous (Mesa, AZ)
Did not care for this particular stocking. I don't like the lining on the top part and how it's looser than the Legs leaving a skin mark from the excess skin pressing up. They also bundle behind the knee and are very bothersome.
Real surgical hose, February 9, 2017 By Anonymous (Thomson, GA)(Verified)
Actually fit. It took several companies to finally find the right hose. I had to return other hose and had no problems. Done quickly . Will be ordering more!

Great quality surgical hose, January 26, 2017 By Anonymous (Hillsdale, NJ)
I've been pretty happy with this purchase thus far. The quality is really great for the price and I'm happy that they offer it in black so that I can wear like tights under a skirt. I only wish that they didn't bunch up behind my knee since that causes discomfort and constant pulling up.
Good product, January 26, 2017 By Anonymous (Fairfield, CA)(Verified)
Very comfortable to wear.
Great Fit, January 24, 2017 By Anonymous (fall river, WI)

Does a great job, December 4, 2016 By Linda Hoffmeister (Silverdale, WA)
Love the pantyhose type. I was told to use the thigh highs but never had any luck with them. Bought the pantyhose and they work great. The only thing I would change is a little more control in the abdomen area so that they align with the legs.
Love them, November 6, 2016 By Anonymous (Canby, OR)
I've been wearing these hose everyday for over 3 years. Love them.
Been wearing Allegro for years, October 19, 2016 By Elaine Tedeschi (Lebanon, NH)(Verified)
I was told years ago by my vascular surgeon to wear support hose with 20-30 mm of mercury compression. I have been wearing the panty hose for over 20 years.
#203/206 Allegro Surgical Pantyhose, October 7, 2016 By Alexandra S. Forbes (Kulpmont, PA)(Verified)
Disappointed in the material fabric these are made of. I had gastric bypass & if a wrinkle develops under nylon, the crease turns red & burns for days. Especially mind it in knee area. I did not use one of these pairs & plan to return them. The support was good & I liked the way the waist line did not roll down.
