Compression leg sleeves are very popular with runners. They are also a great option in warm weather with sandals or flip flops. The Allegro compression leg sleeve provides 18-24mmHg of graduated support. Made in USA from 85% nylon and 15% spandex. If you have been diagnosed with venous insufficiency, or have moderate to severe edema, you should only purchase a compression stocking with a foot.
Now featuring a calf panel to help stabilize muscles and prevent shin splints.

First time use. Was very pleased. Used for a hiking trip to allow me to use hiking socks. Worked great.
Microfiber Compression Calf Sleeve, August 20, 2018 By LISA KEENEY (Nelsonville, OH)(Verified)
I have purchased several compression item from Brightlife over that last few years. I have found that these compression sleeves are great during the summer, because I don't have to wear the ones with feet. This is cooler and I can wear sandals with slacks at work and they don't show! I also want to say that when I had to reorder due to size, the customer service I received was excellent and very timely. Nothing but great feelings for the company and its products.

These are only ok. Not tight enough and not that comfortable. The top band irritated my skin.
Allegro Calf Sleeves = Perfert for Sandals, January 27, 2018 By Kenneth McLaughlin (Tampa, FL)(Verified)
Having healthy circulation is important but having the bonus of being able to comfortably wear sandals . . . Win Win all around.
Good for what they are, January 24, 2018 By Anonymous (Los Altos, CA)(Verified)
While I'm supposed to wear footed compression stockings all the time, I can't because the compression on my foot too many days in a row tends to cause my feet to cramp uncomfortably. Once or twice a week, or for things like yoga class where bare feet are preferred, I wear these instead, and they seem to help my varicose veins - not as much as the stockings do, but better than not wearing anything. My feet do swell a bit with them on, as one would expect, but I figure it's worth it to not have painful feet half the time :)
Compression sleeves, September 14, 2017 By Anonymous (Parma, ID)(Verified)
I found these very comfortable and really helped my legs and knee pain to diminish and I wear them every day at work, I would not be without them. I bought a couple extra pairs so I have one for each day I work.

What my calf needed
Footless Compression, August 13, 2017 By Anonymous (Parma)
I am really happy with these Footless Compression Sleeves, I am ordering a couple more pairs so that I have time to wash them. They fit well, and they are easy to put on, and I have less leg tiredness and pain after the long days on my feet. .
Energy socks, July 5, 2017 By Jane (Little Silver, NJ)
Best buy for giving support and keeping my legs energized throughout the day :)
Allegro Soft Microfiber Compression Calf Sleeve, June 21, 2017 By Sharon Bolte (Lambton Shores, CA)
Microfiber Compression Calf Sleeve is very well made. Not big enough.
Microfiber compression calf sleeve, June 6, 2017 By Anonymous (Chicago, IL)
I bought this to wear with summer sandals. Only partial success, though, since my feet still swell even wearing the calf sleeves.
Good product, May 17, 2017 By Anonymous (Murraysville, PA)
A good product, but wish there was a extra large size and about two inches longer, also, after wearing for awhile the lower band starts to dig into the ankle. Maybe since I'm not use to 18-24 mmHG that's the problem. If it wasn't for these minor things i would have given them five stars.
Allegro Soft, April 21, 2017 By Anonymous (Greensboro, NC)(Verified)
The leg sleeves are wonderful and are very tear resistant. I have had other brands before that were the same thickness and they didn't last long because they tore so easily. I will order these again because they are thin enough to wear under jeans and tights and not show.
Not for leg swelling, October 18, 2016 By Tom (Hammond, IN)
My feet and ankles swelled to the point that I needed help to get the sleeves off my legs. My fault, I should have read the caution statement before I bought. They felt good when I first put them on.
Allegro Soft Calf Sleeve 18-24mmHg, July 22, 2016 By Anonymous (Geneva, NY)
I wanted something to maintain compression on my calves but leave my feet open to wear sandals this summer. These are perfect. Just exactly what I wanted. That fact that they are much cooler as well is a great bonus.
I would recommend this to everyone!, March 16, 2016 By Eunice (Everett, WA)
I have used this for such a long time. I just purchased this for my sister. She really, really likes it because it is not way too tight, breathable and flexible. Good product. reasonable price!
love 'em, August 8, 2015 By Anonymous (Wichita, KS)
I'm a nurse with varicose veins, the Allergo Rumba Compression leg sleeves keep my legs from hurting while at work. Brightlife Direct is a FANTASTIC company, my orders come very quick, the employees are courteous and friendly. I recommend Brightlife to all my friends and family that have compression hose needs.
Great comfortable support, May 30, 2015 By Judith Newman (Metairie, LA)
I purchased a pair of these to wear in the summer because I like to go barefoot a lot but need support for some veins in my left leg. They fill the bill nicely and are surprisingly cool, even in our hot summers. They are also easier to put on than hose with feet. I will definitely order again.
allegro rumba compression leg sleeve, March 18, 2015 By RICHARD Goldenstein (BAYSIDE, NY)

Just what she needed, December 24, 2014 By Anonymous (Granby, MA)
I bought this for my daughter's long flight to Hawaii. She loved that she could wear these compression sleeves with sandals. This sleeve compression helped her normally sore legs. Only con...need more color choices.
Calf support Sleeves, August 9, 2014 By Anonymous (Scarsdale, NY)
A huge step forward in providing calf support with out the discomfort of having a foot on the "stockings". Easier to use and much more versatile; I can wear sandals, flip flops, walk in wet places, and keep my feet cooler.
I would like them to look more like an athletic sleeve. they have mini-seams like old style nylon stockings...what's up with that?? I'm still not thrilled to be wearing "granny stockings" (sand) or "old fart" high water stockings (black) with my shorts. Is that too much to ask?
OK compression sleeves, June 7, 2014 By Anonymous
I like about these sleeves that they don't have any logo on them so that I can wear them with long skirts in summer. I wish they compressed as well as my other sleeves designed for runners.
Everyone asks me about these!, June 1, 2014 By Anonymous (Medfield, MA)
Even after I got my leg stripped of varicose veins, I still need some support to keep my legs feeling fresh. These work out great for me. I run races and compete in triathlons and I'm frequently asked about them. These work better than the very expensive sport socks and are cooler. It's nice to not look like I shop at oldladystockings.com.
Like the sleeve, May 30, 2014 By Anonymous (Lexington, KY)
I purchased these for wear in the summer and for airline travel. They are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time.
Size up, February 16, 2014 By Teresa (Phila, PA)
I am on my feet all day and decided to give these a try. Because I have a larger calf and I swell a little after 8 to 10 hours of on my feet I would recommend sizing up, I noticed they had gotten too tight around the ankle and I couldn't wait to take them off. The ankle part should be more stretchy.
