Qualified medical facilities, doctor's offices, hospitals, DME's and medical clinics are eligible for wholesale pricing. We do not provide wholesale to individuals. If the business name and address do not match, or the authenticity of your request is in question, we will ask for more information to substantiate your eligibility.
