Mediven is the world's largest manufacturer of compression garments. Providing up to seven sizes per style of hosiery in both regular and petite lengths, Mediven customers get the closest thing to a custom fit.

• Assure - The Value Line from Medi (unisex)
  Medi Assure are some of the best compression stockings available for the money. They come in three compression levels, 15-20, 20-30, and 30-40mmhg, and in three styles, knee high, thigh high, and pantyhose. Colors are limited to beige and black. Assure is soft, breathable, easy to don, plus it can be machine washed and dried.
• Medi Sheer & Soft:
  Sheer & Soft offers unequalled sheerness. Only you will know you’re wearing compression hosiery designed to improve the health of your legs. Sheer & Soft also has a new softer feel and “SilverPlus” for moisture management and hygienic cleanliness.
• Medi Comfort:
  Medi Comfort is a semi-sheer stocking made from innovative multi-filament microfiber yarns. Woven with the latest "3-D" technology for a softer touch and easier donning and doffing. The incorporation of Medi's patented Climafresh and Clima-Comfort systems allow for high breathability, reliable temperature control and the prevention of odor formation. Comfort replaces Medi Elegance, which has been discontinued.
• Elegance Fashion Hosiery:
  Elegance semi-sheer compression stockings are denser in weave than the Radiance stockings. The slightly thicker fabric helps conceal blemishes and varicosities while still looking like fashion stockings. In knee-high, thigh-high, and pantyhose. In closed and open-toe. Available in regular and petite lengths. Available in 16-20mmHg, 20-30mmHg, 30-40mmHg. (being discontinued)
• Plus-Opaque Stockings (Unisex):

• Medi Motion Sport Sock (Unisex):
  Mediven Motion Sport is a mild compression sock that's perfect for wearing with golf, tennis, or walking shoes. In knee-high and closed-toe only. Available in 16-20mmHg.
• Mediven Armsleeves:
  The Mediven 95 compression armsleeve is woven from two-way stretch knit fabric and is offered in six sizes, each in a regular or long length. The armsleeve is made with either a regular top or a silicone top band to help maintain the proper position on the arm. Available in 20-30mmHg and 30-40mmHg.
• Mediven Gloves :
  Mediven's compression glove is made with finger stubs for a better fit. For greater comfort, there's reduced compression in the wrist area. Available in 20-30mmHg and 30-40mmHg .

Made in the USA , Allegro cost up to 65% less than the premium brands while providing the same levels of compression as the more famous brands. Allegro uses a "float stitch" for long lasting medical compression.

When comparing Allegro with the premium brands of stockings, there are differences. Allegro is woven with two strands of spandex, which provides 2-way stretch. The premium brands like Jobst, Mediven, Sigvaris and Juzo incorporate a third strand of spandex in the weave. This provides 3-way stretch, which can make the stocking more comfortable and easier to don.
