First time, November 29, 2015 By Anonymous (San Leandro, CA)
My occuptional therapist suggested compression stockings and gave me Brightlifedirect as the source. These stockings cannot be compared to the drug store socks I've used in the past. These feel great all day, and the swelling in my ankles is significally reduced.
Offer superior support, November 16, 2015 By Carolyn (Renton, WA)
I bought these hose specifically for air travel. Prior to wearing these, my ankles would swell after a flight, even on a short 3 hour one. I first wore then this summer on a 14 hour followed by 8 hour flight from Seattle to Dubai and then Johannesburg. I had minimal swelling after those flights, to and from my destination! I also did not have any swelling on a shorter domestic flight this autumn. I am happy that I made this purchase for use when I fly. They are easy to put on, comfortable, stay up, and are simple to hand-wash.
Comfotable knee highs, May 22, 2015 By Carolyn Clark (Renton, WA)
I have not tested these knee highs on a plane yet, which is the reason that I purchased them. However, my first impression of them is favorable. They go on fairly easily, they are comfortable, appear solid, and seem as they if they will stay up well. The real test will be when I fly internationally in July. If they keep the swelling down in my legs, we've got a winner!
