Core-Spun support socks for men and women look and feel like a soft comfortable everyday sock, with the added benefit of medically correct gradient compression. The ultra stretchy yarns make the sock easy to put on, and the added thickness makes the sock extremely comfortable for all-day wear.
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting fibers around an inner fiber creating one yarn. Therafirm uses spandex as the core yarn, and either X-Static Silver polyester (black), or CoolMax (white) yarns on the outside. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. 72% Polyester, 22% Nylon, 6% Spandex. Made in USA.
NOTE: Navy is being discontinued in this compression. Stock is very limited.
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Therafirm Core-Spun, January 9, 2016 By Anonymous (Naalehu, HI)
Nice that they're thicker than others. But they seem tighter, too. Harder than others to get on & off, and because they're so tight they abrade sensitive areas of skin more. But they do the job - no edema.
Sizing is off..., November 25, 2015 By Jose Medina (Lake elsinore, CA)
I used the sizing guide and although you can definitely feel the quality and they look great, the sizing was much smaller than the guide by about 2, maybe 3 inches. Had you return them. I am not new to the way these compression stockings are supposed to feel. I know they are a bit difficult to put on sometimes. These however, were undersized.
So much better..., August 15, 2015 By Anonymous (Pomeroy, OH)
than other compression stockings. I can wear them all day in hot weather and not feel like I want to rip them off. Very comfortable but gives the support I need.

So comfortable, November 28, 2014 By Anonymous (Baltimore, MD)
Arrived within 24 hours, which boggles my mind! I've tried several brands of support socks, and these are my favorite. So comfortable! Perfect weight - not to thick, not too thin. The band doesn't dig into my leg at all. I will definitely order more.

Just what I needed and what the doctor ordered .
Threafirm corespun socks, October 22, 2014 By Dewayne Howard (Claremore, OK)
After wearing a pair of these socks for a few hours I was in so much pain that I feared permanent damage to my legs. the Problem was not with the socks but with the band around the top that was so tight it seemed to completely cut off any blood flow. Would I order them again? Not in this lifetime.
The socks work for me., October 6, 2014 By Anonymous (New Albany, OH)
At first, I didn't like the appearance of the socks. Thought they looked too masculine. But, after wearing them a few times, I really like the way they keep my feet and ankles compressed all day. I usually wear a sheer knee-hi. They are also nice and warm. I do wish the compression started just above the toes. My upper feet swell as do my ankles and lower legs.

Very Thick Sock, April 19, 2014 By Anonymous (Phoenix, AZ)
I found this sock very thick and hard to put on. I use tools to put the sock on but it was just too tight.
Best so Far, March 15, 2014 By Anonymous (Dayton, OH)
My husband had to up his compression from 30mm to 40 per Dr's orders. He has poor circulation in his lower legs due to long past blood clots in each leg. He has had a hard time adjusting to the higher compression. This is the third stocking he has tried and he finds it easier to put on and it doesn't crunch his toes (he wears an 11 1/2 shoe). And the pricing is better then some.
Frustrated, March 6, 2014 By Anonymous (Galesburg, IL)
I know I am not the only one with this problem, but I need support socks because I retain water, in no small part due to the fact that I am a larger woman. ALL of the compression socks I have tried are for thin or "normal" sized people. By the time I find a sock that fits my calf, the foot portion is about twice as long as my actual foot...
With that said, the quality of your product seems better than any others I have tried, just wish it fit.
Hi Everyonesorry for…, January 24, 2011 By Anonymous (Rhinebeck, NY)
Hi Everyonesorry for the delay. The Therafirm Support socks were exactly what my patient was looking for. He was extremely happy with the sock as opposed to the stocking for compression. Unfortunately he was unable to work with the compression overall with any garment due to his lack of strength. I will be returning the purchase for that reason only. As always thank you for the wonderful customer service you provide.SincerelyKaren Verderber

I like the look of these socks and they are thicker and softer than others I've tried. Unfortunately they were too big for me and stretched up way above my knees. They were also too tight for me. 30-40mmHg was okay in another brand but way too tight in this one. I had to return them. However as always BrightLife Direct has great customer support and always fills orders promptly.
