Core-Spun support socks look and feel like comfortable, everyday socks, but have the added benefit of medically correct graduated compression. The ultra stretchy yarns make the sock easy to put on, and the added thickness makes the sock extremely comfortable for all-day wear.
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting polyester fibers around an inner core of Lycra, creating one yarn. The black and navy socks use X-Static Silver polyester, and the white and khaki CoolMax polyester. Silver is naturally antimicrobial, anti-static, and anti-odor. CoolMax does an amazing job of wicking moisture away from your skin. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. White and Khaki: 65% polyester, 25% nylon, 10% Lycra. Black and Navy: 64% polyester, 25% nylon, 10% Lycra and 3% X-Static. Made in USA.
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Super Comfortable, January 19, 2017 By Anonymous (Windsor, CO)(Verified)
Most comfortable compression stocking I've worn in 20 years. At first I thought they weren't working, but when I took them off at the end of the day, I found that the compression worked great!
GOOD SUMMER AND WINTER, January 12, 2017 By Anonymous (Edmonds, WA)
I have used this brand for almost 5 years now and the surprising thing is the ones I recently ordered seem to be even better than before. They feel softer and are very comfortable and well made. Even wearing them in the summer is quite comfortable not too warm. I will continue to purchase these socks as long as they are available!
heavy and warm, December 29, 2016 By Anonymous (melrose park, IL)(Verified)
These seem designed for a male's foot very large foot and ankle. Very warm.
Very nice but tight at top, December 13, 2016 By BrightLife Fan (frederick, MD)(Verified)
Size Large. One sock is slightly longer than the other and pulls up right under/on the knee. The other does not. I ordered from BrightLife to relieve my struggle with tight, tourniquet socks that cut off teh circulation of my legs. This pair of 15-20mmHG do still slightly have a snug at the top under the knee and leave a snug ring impression at the top and ridge lines down the leg. I ordered acc to specs but are not working for me. Perhaps the compression is too much for my legs/knees. They are still better than store-bought knee-highs and I will keep them for shorter day wear. However, the 10-15mmHG are awesome for me and will write a review.

I have worn these stockings for a number of years, but Brightlife has the best price anywhere. And the shipping was super fast. Thank you so much!
Thermafirm Support Socks, October 15, 2016 By Anonymous (Clermont, FL)
These socks are much better than the first ones I received. They are more sturdy and wear much better.
Comfortable and affordable, July 30, 2016 By Anonymous
Socks are very comfortable to wear. They pull on very easily and stay up with out bunching or cutting. The only thing I would have like different is to have had the compression go right up to the toe seam instead of stopping an inch below the toes.
Great fit, support with comfort, July 16, 2016 By Anonymous (Port Townsend, WA)
After years wearing uncomfortable socks that had been professionally fitted, a friend told me about the BrightLife website. I browsed the site and found Therafirm, a brand promising easy on and off with comfortable support. I compared sizing and ordered my first pairs. It was exciting to finally get navy socks, my preferred color, and found the advertised comfortable fit was true. I slowly got rid of the expensive uncomfortable brand and am now a comfortable Therafirm Corespun user. I can see the effectiveness of the socks because my lymphedema is under control.
At last, a decent fit!, July 16, 2016 By Anonymous (Port Townsend, WA)
The brand of support hose I've worn for over 10 years always hurt by the end of the day. It was the brand the fitter recommended and I never varied until I read an online ad for Therafirm Core-Spun Support Socks. I compared the size charts and ordered my first pairs. I couldn't believe the difference. I can wear my Therafirm socks all way without any discomfort. They are easy on and off and yet I can feel the needed support.
core spun compression stockings, July 6, 2016 By Anonymous (FALLS CHURCH, VA)
THEY SEEM TO BE JUST LIKE THE STOCKINGS I BOUGHT FROM YOU IN THE PAST.......NOTHING DIFFERENT....GOOD QUALITY..... STILL TIME CONSUMING TO PUT ON.......BUT NOT AS BAD AS OTHERS I BOUGHT FROM YOU.....IT IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT COMES IN EXTRA EXTRA LARGE.....THINK IMPROVEMENTS ARE POSSIBLE BY ELIMINATING TOURNIQUET BUNCHING AT INSTEP CAUSING NUMBNESS IN FOOT AND TOES.......
Smooth and confy, July 1, 2016 By Ken B. (Torrance, CA)
I really like these socks. They're smooth and comfy and pretty easy to put on. They're classy enough to wear with a sport coat and casual enough to wear with casual pants. I own them in black and beige. If they came in dark brown (They don't) I'd order those too.

exactly what I wanted for my mother, May 18, 2016 By Anonymous (flushing, MI)
My mother is 93 yrs old. We needed compression knee highs for her due to a recent illness. I spoke to a customer service rep because we needed something that would would expand to 25in. The customer service rep pointed me to the exact socks I thought would work. They do, and with good support and comfort.

Therafirm Core-Spun Support Socks 15-20mmHg-Mild, April 21, 2016 By Anonymous (WEST BURLINGTON, IA)
Excellent product. An F.Y.I. for prospective customers. These are heavy weight. They are excellent for cold weather, a bit heavy for warmer weather. I recommend these stockings and will purchase them again.
Good fit, March 28, 2016 By Anonymous (Elizabethtown, PA)
I have a problem with my calf swelling as I sit at a desk 5-6 hours a day so I bought a pair of the Core Spun 2 XL 15-20mm and they fit well. My calf still swells, but not as much. I email customer service to ask if the 20-30mm might be better in my circumstance, but they never replied.
Great Socks for Men & Women, February 17, 2016 By Lillian Brice and David Brice (Appleton, WI)
I've ordered the Therafirm Core Spun socks for my husband several times. He wears them every day, all day. He gave away all other socks. They are easy to put on & yet give the needed support. We order four pair at one time & they last over a year. I just ordered socks from you to wear on a trip to Iceland... Need that extra support when flying.

GOOD PRODUCT. WHEN THEY SAY EXTRA EXTRA LARGE THEY MEAN IT....WHEN THEY SAY SAY EASIER TO PUT ON THEY MEAN IR........RECOMMEND THEM.......
Therafirm Core-Spun Support Socks, January 20, 2016 By Anonymous (Madison, WI)
As a senior who has been advised to wear support hose for the rest of my life, I was looking for hose I can easily get on, that stay up without rolling, that fit well and are comfortable. These socks fit all requirements.
So good I had to come back for more, December 15, 2015 By Lynne Maynard (Te Awamutu, New Zealand)
Fantastic product that left me feeling so refreshed (instead of the usual 'hit by a truck' sensation after a 19hr flight) that I had to get another pair for myself, another pair for my partner and 2 pairs for the Mother-in-law! Great for travel, tired legs and improved circulation. I'll be back to get more when I've worn these one out.
Perfect for my body type, November 19, 2015 By Anonymous (Port Townsend, WA)
I've had secondary lymphedema for over 10 years. During that time I've struggled to find stockings that were both the right fit and affordable. The Therafirm Core-Spun Support Socks meed both requirements. I have them in black and navy, my only regret is that they don't make a nice dark brown.
