Core-Spun support socks for men and women look and feel like a soft, comfortable, everyday socks, with the added benefit of medically correct gradient compression. The ultra stretchy yarns make the sock easy to put on, and the added thickness makes the sock extremely comfortable for all-day wear.
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting fibers around an inner fiber, creating one yarn. Therafirm uses spandex as the core yarn and either X-Static Silver polyester (black), or CoolMax (white) yarns on the outside. The result is a support sock that is soft, comfortable, really easy to put on, and cool. 72% Polyester, 22% Nylon, 6% Spandex. Made in USA.
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

I can't say enough good about these stockings. I have worn them for years and they last that long. I wash them in the washing machine with my other clothing and hang them to dry and wear them year round. I love the company their policies and will continue to be a customer as long as I am able.

Thank you for a very fast delivery even to Australia. The stockings are exactly as described fit beautifully and are just what I was looking for. We are travelling to the USA in a few weeks and face almost 20 hrs travelling so the compression is required for safety and comfort. They are almost impossible to get in bigger sizes here but BrightLife had it coveredm and half the price of anything available here. Thank you you have given me some peace of mind. Cheers.

I like the Therafirm Core-Spun socks that I ordered. They are very easy to put on and extremely comfortable to wear. I forget that I nave support socks on. These are very nice socks. One of the few socks that I really like and can wear comfortably. But I'm really disappointed that the price has gone up so much. In Jan 2012 I ordered 4 pair for $79.56. In July 2012 they had gone up to 27.89 a pair. That's a HUGE increase... not at all happy about that.

Love these socks! I have purchased quite a few over the past years: I wear no other socks. This compression level does the job for me and they are relatively easy to put on. The socks are a bit weak where the heel joins the foot although the one time I had an actual hole the socks were immediately replaced no questions asked.

This was a repeat purchase of the 15-20 mmHg support socks due to my satisfaction with earlier purchases. The Core-Spun sock is much easier to put on than other support socks. It is also more comfortable to my sensitive skin; it does not itch as some others do. This compression sock keeps my ankle swelling under control with a minimum of discomfort. I certainly recommend it.

This is not the first time I have purchased these socks. I love them! They are very comfortable and easy to put on and they even look like normal socks. Most important is that they work very well at the job they were intended to do. If I have any complaint at all it is that a couple of pair have seemed a little weak in the transition where the heel joins the rest of the sock.

These are the best support stockings I have ever bought. They are warm in winter cool in summer. They have helped my foot odor as well as the ankle swelling.
