The Sigvaris Diabetic Sock has all of the features found in most other diabetic socks: flat toe seams, moisture wicking fabric, non-binding band and padded sole. What's different is this sock has true graduated compression of 18-25mmHg. Clinically proven to reduce swelling in diabetic patients, and alleviate discomfort in legs. Knit from 67% Dri-release polyester, 26% nylon, and 7% spandex.
Sizing is based on leg measurements for an accurate fit and compression.

Measure around the widest part of your calf. To determine the widest point, push against the back of your calf with the palm of your hand. You can now easily see the widest point.

Second Try, July 18, 2015 By Anonymous (Silverdale, WA)
I decided to give these socks another try and ordered them in a larger size and they seem to be better for me. Time will tell.
Disappointing, July 19, 2013 By Anonymous (Poulsbo, WA)
I was glad to see Sigvaris came out with knee-high compression socks and bought a couple pairs. They were fine at first, though a too snug in the toe for me. The knit has not worn welllots of pilling and the foot seems to have gotten tighter through many launderings.
