The Sigvaris Diabetic Sock has all of the features found in most other diabetic socks: flat toe seams, moisture wicking fabric, non-binding band and padded sole. What's different is this sock has true graduated compression of 18-25mmHg. Clinically proven to reduce swelling in diabetic patients, and alleviate discomfort in legs. Knit from 67% Dri-release polyester, 26% nylon, and 7% spandex.
Sizing is based on leg measurements for an accurate fit and compression.
Measure around your ankle at the narrowest point, normally just above the ankle bone. Don't have a tape measure? Download one here.
Measure around the widest part of your calf. To determine the widest point, push against the back of your calf with the palm of your hand. You can now easily see the widest point.
Measure the distance from the floor to the bend behind your knee..

Sigvaris Diabetic Sock for Men, July 23, 2016 By Douglass Sullivan (Varnell, GA)
I've been wearing thigh-highs since December. My lymphedema therapist said I was okay to wear knee-highs if I didn't overdo. She recommended this particular sock. They're great! In our Georgia summer, which is unusually hot this year, the change made a great difference in my comfort, and the socks still give me the support and compression I need.

Purchased these for my father who is diabetic and he loves them. Had to order two more. It would be nice to have them in different colors other than white. (like black)
Diabetic Socks works well, March 23, 2016 By Anonymous (Honolulu, HI)
Purchased these diabetic socks for my father who was prescribed by doctor. He states they fit and feel well on his feet and legs. He's hoping it will one day be available in the color black.
Sigvaris 602C Diabetic Sock for Men 18-25, March 11, 2016 By Anonymous (Buffalo, NY)
These socks has given me such amazing comfort throughout the entire day. I used to experience numbness and tingling in both legs from the knees into my toes. these socks has greatly decreased this discomfort to a more manageable level. Before using these socks the pain level was 8-9 out of 10. Ten being the most pain possible. after using sigvaris 602C socks the pain level is at 1-2 out of 10. I recommend this sock to anyone who experiencing diabetic neuropathy.
Very happy with socks, June 14, 2015 By Roger (FL)
I have been by various doctors to wear different compression socks from different companies. they were a nightmare to wear. like putting a bowling ball in a marble bag. one material was like panty hose. it retained sweat and damaged my legs and feet. but your socks were easy to put on and comfortable, bought two pair. will get more down the road. very happy with your product.

Comfortable Support, September 13, 2013 By Anonymous (VA)
Purchased for husband, a non-diabetic, to give extra support while doing chores. The socks do indeed make legs feel lighter while working and are nice quality white sox, not too thick or too thin.
I bought 2 pair for…, July 4, 2012 By Anonymous (Rogers, AR)
I bought 2 pair for a trial run and these are Really nice socks with good compression. Not to tight and not to lose and they offer plenty of support. I'm on my feet at work 8 to 10 hours a day and these socks along with good insoles make all the difference. I will be buying more in the future.
